I had just finished texting my Significant Other, and did not expect a call back since he is abroad and it was quite early in the AM where he is. I left my CP on, though, just in case. That text was at 12:32 PM Today, Feb 16, 2014.
Minutes later at 12:36 Pm, the precise timing you might expect someone to respond to a text (4 minutes later), I received a call. It is what I call a “surveillance Confirmation harassing Call. The call is more than a harassment, it is threatening since:
1. The first 7 digits are the EXACT same as my UNLISTED, phone number which has been in DISUSE since 2008 or 2009! I just began using this number/CP phone line as of 2014. I have documented this M.O. and pattern before. This assures that the victim of the call (myself) is aware that this is no accidental, ordinary call. It seeks to to “confirm” the surveillance by utilizing and flaunting the victims own personal intelligence data. In this case, my phone number and my activity (I had just texted and was half expecting a call.) Which is why I have named such calls, “Surveillance Confirmation Calls” ( also emails.)
2. Again, I had JUST texted and this call, with more than 50% of my phone number, called through a few minutes after.
3. The call was pre recorded. This is a particular M.O. which I have documented, and is used when the harassing call is of particular importance and significance to my harassers. For instance:
A. Hours BEFORE the SWAT/FDNY travesty of justice against my person and City, State, US Constitutional, Civil , Human and International Human rights, on Oct 23, 2008, I received a PRE-RECORDED call from HIP NY (Heath Insurance Plane Of New York!) Although I have NO business with them at all. And NOT JUST ANY CALLER, but a SUPERVISOR or thereabouts.
B. On May 24, 2013, When Verizon (with rogues) took my dial tone (I AM PRESENTLY STILL WITHOUT A DIALTONE AS OF THIS DATE) AND replaced it with A PRE-RECORDED “44704” message.
C. The ‘PROTECT YOUR FAMILY FROM A HOME INVASION!,” “GET PROTECTED!” Threatening phone calls are PRE RECORDED. Besides threatening my family and threatening another SWAT travesty on my person, it takes a stab at the INTELLIGENCE and fact that our upstate home has been looted to the bones. No Investigation or justice. therefore, Note the importance of this particular pre recorded call.
D. The “political” calls are all pre-recorded professional commentary. For instance the ‘WHAT IF THERE WAS NO CONSTITUTION? WHAT OF YOU COULD BE KILLED?” phone call of April 1 and again April 5, 2012 were PRE PRECORDED. The importance of this call is obvious.
SO, PRE RECORDED CALLS are often, of importance as the record reveals, in the particular harassing SCHEME of things.
4.The use of Latino persons and the Spanish language to put through these coordinated harassing calls is a pattern and practice and as a result, its a documented M.O. of my experience of harassing calls to my phones. It means nothing to me personally , however it is obviously important to the harassers.
5. When he did call me later, there was an anomalous LOW VOLUME problem which had nothing to do with our hardware/phones. I had to ask him to please put the call through again. The second time, the volume was normal.
6. It is of significance then, that the Spanish language call mentioned “telephone.” That’s the only word I could make out.
7. As it turns out, upon speaking to him, there is an Urgent issue with his relative, involving a necessary appeal to the social security Dept. due to unfortunately not having been aware of a query sent by that dept. because the relative had been intermittently in the hospital for surgery and physical therapy.
Therefore, note how this harassing INTELLIGENCE call circuits intelligence of these things:
1. My unlisted, unused for the past 5 years, Cell phone number.
2. The tell-tale hallmark M.O.’s: A. Spanish language call, B. Pre recorded call. C. First 6 digit Use of Victims OWN Phone number to reveal technological manipulation , Intelligence , Authority. And as I said, PRE RECORDED CALLS PRESAGE SOMETHING OF IMPORTANCE.
3. The thing of significance was discovering, upon receiving the call from my Significant Other, that an urgent appeal was necessary to the Social Sec Dept for his relative.
The call purposely presages my becoming aware of the necessary appeal to that Gov entity.
