Yet Another “Protection” Ad (which cannot be printed Out) on My StartPage happening to Synch with Family Concerns for My Sib

This Ad cannot be printed out. Although the ad may very well be legitimate, the fact that it cannot be printed out as it appears on my time and date start page is a particular hallmark of the targeted intelligence use of legitimate and/or false ads to harass or intimidate. Again, the other “confirmation” of such occurrence is the concise timing to actual personal events of the intended target.  It appeared for the 1st time today, March 13, 2014 in the early am as you can see.

it happens to occur while I am concerned fo the safety of my sibling, who I learned about 2 weeks ago, had been arrested for allegedly making a harassing call.  I was informed by my sib just last night that my sib was worried about being “put in the box.” I guess this means in isolation. Apparently my sib was told they would be placed there. My sib in their late 40’s, has never been arrested before, has no criminal record. My sib is a civil and human rights victim in that my sib’s housing, property, citizenship, and constitutional rights have been abrogated since at least 2002, and yet the City of New York jurisdictional agencies allegedly would not investigate, and would not halt the abuse my sib allegedly received from their landlord. Additionally, it is a fact that somewhere in the mid to late 1990’s my Sib took the test for NYC DOC Dept of Corrections and passed that exam with flying colors. My sib always wanted to serve as an peace officer or corrections officer.  Allegedly, although the high test scores were received by my sib, THE CITY OF NEW YORK FAILED TO FOLLOW DUE PROCESS AND INDUCT MY SIB INTO THE PROCESS OF BECOMING A CORRECTIONS OFFICER. Allegedly my sib tried to or did make inquiry but was stonewalled by the City of NY.  that was in the mid to late 1990’s.

I had no knowledge of my sib’s affairs since we were estranged. Yet in 2002 I received the 3 or 4 terrifying emails with “dept of corrections” in them, one also entitled “Warning!” As can be seen in a previous blog post (I will put a better photo up ASAP). These were rape threats!  A day or so after the last of such threats, 2 or 3 emails arrive targeting my Sib. Those emails are directly after the “Correction” emails, and therefore they are connected.

My Sib’s (and mine) grandfather, whom we never knew, died some short time after a crash during the line of duty. Very much loved by the community and the hospital he served, he was a dedicated  EMT and ambulance driver for the City of NY.  I don’t think my sib even had knowledge of that, yet my sib always wanted to serve as a peace officer or corrections officer.  My sib, AIZEL, not only passed the test, but apparently did so with flying colors.  The City of New York incredibly denied and ignored my sib’s rights and never finished the process, dashing my sibs dream.  From there, my sib’s rights continued to be abrogated and my sib abused allegedly by the landlord/management company of the building whee my sib resided since 2003 or 2003. Sib became disabled. I have mentioned the fact that my sib was allegedly fraudulently dragged to housing court nearly every month or every other month regarding rent despite the fact that between gov assistance of section 8 and disability the landlord was allegedly receiving a set amount of rent.  Allegedly there were never any repairs done by the management  even when asked repeatedly, and my sib was forced to contend with all repairs. allegedly Monthly from the time sib moved in until 2012 or 2013 when sib was falsely and without due process evicted from their apartment, I believe by paramilitary SWAT force, sib was threatened with eviction, denied repairs, and dragged back and forth to housing court without legitimate cause.  When one considers that the City Of New York may have actually practiced open abrogation (complete denial of fundamental due process rights) upon my Sib’s rights by REFUSING TO CONTINUE PROCESSING SIB AS A CORRECTIONS OFFICER, then it is not difficult to fathom the SAME TARGETED HOSTILITY, HATRED AND DISCRIMINATION coming to bear upon MY Sibs RESIDENTIAL AFFAIRS.  Just as I can show and prove a consistent pattern of defaced certificates given to me by various brick and mortar schools, each in different years, different boroughs and locales; but all acting out the exact same bizarre actions. And just how I can show and prove that documents such as my NYS driver’s license and US Passport card have arrived defaced int he same manner, in different years ,2005 and 2008, respectively.  And just as I can show the years of unrelenting HOBBS ACT and hate crime violations in which my purchased goods are delivered to me in a deliberate, violent-appearing, disparate presentation.  Just as I can show years of the USPS denial of normal non-disparate delivery of my important mails.  Items are openly confiscated, lost, delivered to another person, tracking is freaky, receipts are often to usually openly neo- seregated,. with weird double @@ signs upon them.

Moreover, I have YEARS of mass harassing threatening emails, phone calls, which continue to date, which are directed at my sibling!  i did not know what was going on, but I had no choice but to try and log them.  In April 2013 I tried to get a police report since such emails were also directed towards other family members and at the same time, there was an intimidating environmental vandalism event in which a huge “City Sac” also called a “Love Sac” by manufacturer was left pushed up against the EXIT/ENTRANCE door of the stairwell on my floor landing. It remained there for a week, 7 days. I was concerned about the safety of my sib and family and bravely tried to make the police report on April 23, 2013 or thereabouts.  The two very tall officers (one had a weird vertical bar going down the center of his chest- I could not help but notice it since it was odd, I assumed it was some new CCTV cam gadget) refused to take the report  and only peeked through the exit door’s glass window,  at the huge 80 LB bean-bag appearing bed that was in the stairwell propped against the landing door.  They said it was trash and someone should call the super. After they left I discovered the recorder which I had with me for protection was destroyed.  The software had been jammed and it was nigh impossible to synch.  But where there’s a will, there’s a way.  I needed to attempt to file a police report to protect my sib and family. Since I was refused a report I DID get an NYPD IAB report about the fact that I was refused a report and that the large “Sac’ was in tandem with threatening emails which related to my family.

In 2011 I believe it was 2011, I received a documented call from “Wizel.”  A play on my sibs name. When I told the caller, whose number reveals them to be a neighbor, that it is not neighborly to participate in the harassment of a neighbor, I received a follow up call from another “neighbor” the following day!  It is a sad fact that the phone harassment campaigns against myself or my sib, which I receive, often make use of persons speaking Spanish or Jewish persons. Such calls have been documented over the course of years, then there are the odd harassing calls from or about Maimonides hospital along with harassment over the years by the same ambulances.

In short, Sib has been treated to WHAT I HAVE TERMED, SINCE 2009, “The “NON ENTITY POLICY AGAINST THE NYS AND US CONSTITUTIONS AND THE RIGHTS OF STATE RESIDENTS AND US CITIZENS,” “THE NON ENTITY POLICY,” for short.  A citizens rights are completely ignored, as if they do not exist- while oppressive, unlawful and abusive actions and harassment are equally applied.  When he GHAC, another term I created: “Government harassed and Abrogated (rights) Citizen” begins to complain of bizarre, illegal, harassment tot he proper jurisdictional channels, they are: 1. Met with MORE repression, oppression and intimidation tactics; which also means SWAT events and perhaps being wrongfully and falsely imprisoned in a mental ward in order to contain collateral damage and in a pattern and practice of trying to impute the credibility the already traumatized and perhaps terrorized citizen victim.  2. The victimized, oppressed and tormented citizen is ignored.  Unfortunately this is “willful blindness,” “complicity,” and to enact modern/ neo-outlawry/proscription or civil mortuus on a law-abiding citizen.  It’s perfect when Miles Davis did it. It’s proscription when Government does it.  Government can’t turn its back, shirk it’s duties, abrogate its own sworn or charter duties and deny the rights of a citizen. Heck, government can’t deny the rights of NON Citizens!  yet, this is precisely what occurred to my Sib.  The story of such New Yorkers and Americans WILL BE HEARD and TOLD to ALL.

We cannot call ourselves free democracy while stealing rights and freedoms from Americans, New Yorkers, right in our midst.  By the time they were finished with my Sib, my sib was homeless. For years my Sib had knocked at the doors of officials, of news media, of alleged hum,an rights organizations pleading for assistance from the  alleged abusive actions of my sibs landlord and the housing court, and the fact of the use of FORCE by way of a SWAT event to evict Sib  unduly from apt. NO ONE CAME TO SIBS AID.  Sib apparently made a call threatening to go to the media about Sibs plight, being a disabled person and also a Sept 11 hero, yet never receiving a due process investigation or police report into the harassment of sibs rights.  This apparently landed sib in Rikers. Yet NOT ONE POLICE REPORT, NOT ONE INVESTIGATION INTO THE HARASSMENT, BULLYING, INTIMIDATION, FALSE NON DUE PROCESS EVICTION, UNCONSTITUTIONAL USE OF FORCE, DENIAL OF DUE PROCESS RIGHTS AND SERVICES- HAS EVER BEEN AFFORDED MY SIB FROM 2002 UNTIL THE PRESENT TIME! SIB IS TRAUMATIZED BY THE OPPRESSION AGAINST SIBS HUMANITY, CIVIL AND HUMAN RIGHTS.

Meanwhile the bail has been set at $3500. cash bail/bond.  iI don’t have it. NOT UNLESS I WRITE SIBS STORY AND SELL IT INTERNATIONALLY ON AMAZON.

Since New York City and State insists on creating a “Neo-Nuremberg,” it is my duty as an American, as a woman who will naturally protect my family and county, as an African American, as someone also of Native American descent, as someone whose only grandfather figure was a Jewish elder who survived Nazi terror by barely escaping with his family. (Obviously he was my Sibs only grandfather figure/teacher as well. He gave me my first silver cross pen/pencil set and encouraged me to write.)

As a spiritual human being who loves all living creatures and beings.  I must and will tell the story  the way it was, the way it is and the way it unfolds.

WEIRD REAL-TIME DISRUPTION OF 11:08AM AM BLOG POST OF YESTERDAY, MARCH 14, 2014

I was making a quick, short post. More of a “log” than a “blog,”  when suddenly just as I was nearly finished the draft, a never-before-seen-or-experienced bizarre obstruction appearing as a “script error.” took over my draft and simultaneously knocked out my Mac’s “Finder” util and my browser’s navigation bar!  So- What else could I do but begin snapping? The whirling Mac ball was twirling mad whenever I touched anywhere on the desktop and the “script error” was pasted atop of my draft for all it was worth! NO POST FOR ME! 😦  However, thank goodness the draft had been saved just before the apparent surveillance intrusion.  When I next arrived at this blog, at about 11:48pm, although I was oddly unable to make a new post (when I tried, I was routed back to a main screen), so I simply found the earlier draft from 10:50am (3_14_14), and published that post.

Interesting to note that beginning in May 2013 emails with Muslim names began appearing among the hate and harass threat intelligence emails. These ae often in tandem with “PROTECT YOUR FAMILY” CALLS. This year, 2014 “protect your family” is seen in a trailing ad regarding “And protect your family from power outage” a day or so leading up to Sibling’s birthday of Feb 28, this year. I had just began to really use the cell phone number again as of Jan 27, 2014 the same day as this call.  Yet this cell phone service line had been in disuse since at least 2009 although PAID FOR AND ACTIVE, IT WAS NOT USED ALL THESE YEARS. I HAD TO BUY A NEW CELL PHONE FOR THE LINE.  THEREFORE THE NUMBER HAD NOT YET BEEN GIVEN TO ANYONE IN 2014.

THE HARASSING CALL HAS NO CALLER NAME WHICH IS TYPICAL FOR SUCH harassing intelligence calls.  WHEN SEARCHED THE names within the location of the call RELATE to NAMES AND PLACES, whole or half of certain NAMES and lcoations and Places which figure into my own current striving for human rights and justice due in my own city, and state.

For instance:  Hon judge Bloom was the judge in my Pro Se case against the City of NY et al 2010-2011,and she was the judge on my father’s case against Planet Aid et al  2008-2012.  unfortunately both he and I were treated to NON DUE PROCESS, UNLAWFUL PROCEEDINGS in the Federal EDNY court and WERE NEVER given access to a duly acting court of law. We were defrauded, and our human rights further violated by our justice system.

“WOOD”  is half of the name of he street which our local fire house resides.It also relates to 1/3 of the name of another entity  aI won’t mention here, which has denied rights to my parent.

“White Lake” is relative to my upbringing and childhood.

Brooklyn (NY, Kings County)  has been the place of most of he violations against our rights.

 

Unconstitutional, retaliatory for my father’s case against Planet Aid Inc  specifically of  (headquartered in Brooklyn) NYC and also for DARING to speaking UP against FDNY ambulance/AUX police car stalking outside of CUNY school/community ciollege!) SWAT/FDNY Oct 23-24  event of 2008 Occurred in Brooklyn, NY Kings County. By the way, in case you think the PHOTOGRAPHED stalking event was just a fluke, That CUNY college gave me a defaced finishing certificates the very next day, which was the final day of the mini course I was taking.

Planet Aid Headquarters located in Kings County Brooklyn, yet they don;t have and never had registration in the county. Yet they defrauded Brooklynites and New Yorkers generally by their Job Advertisement at the Brooklyn Chambers of Commerce! Despite NOT being registered in Kings County, they managed to get MEMBERSHIP at the Brooklyn Chambers of Commerce AND the right to fraudulently LURE New Yorkers to work for them.

Brooklyn Park -have written to officials about the fact that I have not been able to run my local park due to severe 1st responder harassment intimidation which usually is a grouping of three or more vehicles circling the park together while I am engaged int he park, or of non stop sirening around and in the park until I leave.

As shown above I and my father have been subjected to some severely disparate, discriminatory, rogue treatment with regards to Phone service. Therefore, it is HIGHLY unlikely that either of us would be good candidates for an alleged “SURVEY” regarding that phone company’s service.
My sibling’s birthday is Feb 28. Already for over a week I had sensed something was wrong since we had not received any of my siblings pissed-off phone calls.  Leading up to my sibling’s Birthday were a mass of “eviction” emails which I had never received before among the coordinated intelligence surivellance confirming emails.  What is of significance is that all of these “eviction” emails are found under the keyword “court”.  We can all agree that courts are involved in both evictions AND convictions.  Additonally under the phrase “your car” all of these eviction/conviction emails pull up.  On top of this the “adopt us kids,org” ad was weirdly showing up on various Feb dates leading up to the birthdate and the day before the birthdate.  I call this stalking or trailing “intelligence” ads as it is TANDEM with occurring events.  On Feb 28 2014 I called my siblings cellphone and it went to voicemail. I tried a few more times. less than and hour after I tried to call the CP, the below text arrived on my CP.  Of note:  On Feb 11, 2014 and perhaps earlier than that also, i had sent documents out which contained evidence and information about my interrupted and stolen dialtone by Verizon (of my landline home phone. No dialtone, since may 24, 2013.  There were photos and details of that and also the TMOfiascos to my 2nd phoneline- in which rogue malprogramming disrupted my use nad enjoyment of that line of service as of Nov 18, 2013!  The 1st line of service with that company was disrupted by rogue programming causing loss of service and disturbance to my cp as of 2012.  So for consecutive years, 2012- line one was defected and rendered useless, then 2013- rogue programming disturbed that line of service- and so as of the ladst days of dec 2013 into 2014, I was forced onto my final and 3rd line which had been in disuse, and which I never used myself (a relative had used it) since 2008 or 2009. Meanwhile beginning in jan I received a harassing phone call, and in Feb leading up to my sibs Birthdate I received SEVERAL harassing calls, mostly from one or two numbers.  NO ONE but the phone company and GOV authority could possibly be calling since the number again has been  in disuse since 2008 or 2009 and I had yet to give it out!  Although service HAS ALWAYS BEEN PAID FOR and the service was on the phoneline at all times.
Also in the documents sent out besides details and photos of the disruption to my phone services, was details, dates and times and even the 311 complaint number from Oct 2008, regarding the harassing phone calls to my landline phoneby the union 1199 (Health and Hospital workers union).  The last call from 1199 to my home arrived the DAY BEFORE THE SWAT/FDNY UNCONSTITUTIONAL TRAVESTY AGAINST MY LAW-ABIDING PERSON AND RIGHTS on Oct 23-24 2008 in which the lead negotiating officer informed me that I unconstitutionally was proscribed/condemned by my own municipal and perhaps state government when he stated and it I can priove that his words were and are true and accurate from the manner in which I have been treated  and my rights completely ignored/abrogated in a sub-human manner from 2002 until the present time): “YOU ARE A NON ENTITY! YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET A LAWYER! NO ON CAN HELP YOU NOW!”
Now again, less than an hour after trying to reach my sibling WHO IS  strangely INGONITO on their birthdate, FEB 28, 2014 AT ABOUT 1:10PM this text  BELOW “SURVEY” FROM “1199” comes to my cp.  I therefore consider it a coordinated harassing intelligence event.
Although it claims 5 questions will arrive, only 1 is sent through making the harassing  event a 2 message affair.   The stalking Ad pics I will post next time.

I am also posting here the emails which are in tandem with leading up to my sibsling’s  birthdate and also our fight to keep our family home from being unethically, unconstitutionally and wrongfully taken due to abrogation of my rights and my father’s rights and government abuse,  abrogation of duty and misconduct; and of Planet Aid Inc Carte Blanche in NYC and New York State.

 

I can’t locate the  adoptuskids.org interestingly tandem and synched ad photos,therefore I’ll try to post them  in the next immediate  post as well as

the harassing coordinated intelligence harassing emails from 2 years ago with email addresses “adoptions together.”  Although my sibling is not adopted, their  attitude has been that they were “abandoned” by us, immediate family,  and  that is is ridiculous. That sibling has always been spoiled and demanding. At any rate, you can see that these synched emails, etc are more than surveillance, but intrusion into to our personal family business. These prove beyond surveillance, but INTRUSION and manipulation of the personal lives and affairs of law-abiding citizens via what I call The Non Entity Policy! How would you feel if this was happening to your family?

The below are the synched ads, this is the one the day before my sibling’s birthday of Feb 28.  I had left my computer hooked to the internet overnight it must have gotten disconnected around 3am, in the morning at about 9am I took these screens of the ad. Note that such ads used as surveillance confirmation harassment events cannot be printed out like normal ads. Compare this ad to the 2012 “adoptions” intelligence among the coordinated mass harassing emails.  I have no DSL or landline phone service due to Verizon taking my dialtone on may 24, 2013, I’m on my Significant Other’s  DSL service.

Yesterday was my estranged sibling’s birthday. I tried calling my their cellphone cellphone several timed throughout the day to say happy birthday.  The coordinated Gov harass surveillance calls at at least one email, all reflect and confirm intelligence of the fact that I tried to make contact.  In 2002, when I received 4 or more  RAPE THREATS IN MY EMAIL INBOX  entitled DEPT OF CORRECTION  and DEPT OF CORRECTION WARNING! In tandem with those emails arriving about the same time or later were harassing emails WHICH WERE DIRECTED AT and FOCUSED ON THIS SIBLING!

When I and my parent called yesterday, Feb 28, 2014,  we only got a voicemail.. Later, as I said, the harassing incoming events to my CP started up.

(SINCE THE VERIZON LANDLINE IS STILL WITHOUT DIAL TONE SINCE THEY UNLAWFULLY TOOK MY DIALTONE , DEFECTING AND DENYING SERVICE. A ROGUE 44704 MESSAGE OVER MY SERVICE VIA PROGRAMMING!  WELCOME TO THE NON ENTITY POLICY AT WORK! I WON’T GET INTO THE REST OF THAT STORY NOW.)

For instance, for as long as I’ve had phone service with this particular provider, I had never before seen a “1199” message center text message before.  Interesting that for the first time EVER, I received not one, but TWO, such text messages AFTER two calls had been made trying to reach my sibling.  It’s also interesting to note that because it was their birthday I and my parent were making contact- we normally do not attempt to contact since that sibling was redirecting their frustration, loss and pain from the gov abrogation of rights, obstruction of due process and interference of their  due process right to gov services and housing rights, operating in their life.  The NYC Non Entity Policy and gov abrogation operating in their life, had created a cyclical pattern of monthly abuse beginning from as far back as 2002 in which they would be dragged into housing court for payment although payment had been rendered also with assistance from government.  Eventually  my sibling,   was  evicted from their long-time apartment.

Sometime leading up to that event, and since that event they have been mis-directing the  hurt, anger and pain of the ordeal of that oppression, loss. discrimination and denial of rights; towards their immediate family. Several times I offered to stand beside my sibling and offered my assistance to no avail.  Again we have always been estranged as adults, but not because we don’t love each other, only because, like many modern families, they have their thing going, and I have mine and with all the gov,. abuse and oppression of my rights in the mix; I barely have time to attend to my own affairs.

Therefore, despite the fact that my sibling needed to release their sense of betrayal and has found immediate family to be most convienent, and despite the 2012 phone calls and tect messages wishing the most unwholesome of things, and the most foul defamations; we wished my sibling a happy birthday.

In true “surveillance confirmation events” M.O, at the top of 2013 and again at the top of 2014, meaning Janurary of the mentioned years, I get a big “ADOPTUSKIDS.ORG”  “Ad,” which alludes and reveals intelligence into our personal affairs.  Additionally, I have emails from 2012, which are coordinated harassing surveillance confirmation emails in which the @ address if the name of a family counseling organization or thereabouts! Again- the emails and phone calls are often to usually in TANDEM with personal events- in my experience which is documented.

USE OF OUR MUNICIPAL AND STATE 1ST RESPONDERS AND THE ABUSE OF THE HOSPITAL SYSTEM TO RETALITATE AGAINST, CENSURE, BULLY, ABRIOGATE THE RIGHTS OF LAW0ABIDING NEW YORK STATE RESIDENTS AND US CITIZENS, COWARDLY FOCUSING  ESPECIALLY ON WOMEN- PARTICULARLY BLACK AMERICAN WOMEN  9SINCE IT SEEMS GOV FEELS THEY ARE SO DEVALUED BY SOCIETY THAT NO ONE WOULD WOULD MAKE A FUSS ABOUT THE GOV VAWA ABUSE  and terror OF : stalking, shadowing, restricted imprisonment through use of those just mentioned tactics;real-time phone and cyber-harassment and intrusion,controlling payments (false rejections, merchant denial of sale AFTER i made purchase,  causing alienation of good faith relationships, defamation, threats to family via coordinated INTELLIGENCE laden email and phone calls,  hobbs act violations on all deliveries to me which arrived in a hate crime presentation month after month, year after year regardless of complaints to the couriers! These are HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS SINCE THEY ARE DONE WITH IMPUNITY, AND GOVERNMENT ITSELF IS AWARE OF THAT ABUSE AND WILL NOT ACT TO HALT IT SINCE IT IS  AN UNCONSTITUTIONAL, ILLEGAL POLICY  (also in violation of international declaration of human rights and international laws against torture- since it is unceasing, DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE,  and unresolved and has caused and will cause financial, physical, emotional losses and damages) WHICH THE VERY SAME GOV is protecting.  This is (STRANGER/GOV) )VIOLENCE AGAINST A WOMAN!!  DONE BY A “DOMESTIC”  ( within the States) FORCE AUTHORITY. )  Hence, Gov VAWA “domestic” violence.  Just as VAWA recognizes STRANGER ABUSES of a victim:

IT IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL, TREACHERY AGAINST THE NYS AND US CONSTITUTION ADN OUT FOUNDING PRINCIPALS, TREACHERY AGAINST OATHS OF OFFICE AND DUTY, TREACHERY AGAINST THE RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY AD STATE OF NEW YORK, AND  IT DOES CAUSE HARM TO OUR ECONOMY AND  THE DEMOCRATIC, GENUINE DUE PROCESS, LAW AND ORDER WORKINGS OF A LAW ABIDING, STATE AND US CONSTITUTION RECOGNIZING GOVERNMENT.

Don’t abuse fellow citizens and residents of our fine country and state.  What comes at me is going to the public since it is NOT JUST A VIOLATION OF MY RIGHTS, BUT A POLICY AND PRACTICE WHICH VIOLATES THE RIGHTS OF ALL NEW YORKERS AND ALL US CITIZENS. My advice would be. Don’t Do it! And I won’t have to show it to the world.

Meanwhile, the priority certified document we mailed out on FEB 11, 2014 TO THE US DOJ CIVIL RIGHTS DIVISION TOOK 2 WEEKS TO GET THERE! LOL Great thing about the USPS is, they don’t CARE if the world knows they’re practicing serious off-the-grid segregation and denial of rights with our mails.  I really do respect that because they are not hypocrites, they lay it out!  “You JUST AIN’T GONNA GET NORMAL SERVICE, IF ANY! LIKE IT OR LUMP IT!”  LOL!  Only thing is- we all LUMP IT when a federal entity as big as that segregates and denies services, or gives degraded, disparate, freakishly delayed  to citizens.  I’ll have to post the segregated cashier receipts ASAP.   So basically the US DOJ Doument has been OBSTRUCTED SINCE THE GREEN CERTIFICATE HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED BY THE USPS.

OH, GOODIE!  LOOK’S LIKE I HAVE THE SCREENSHOT OF interestingly timed  ad from the day before my sibling’s birthday, on Feb 27, 2014.  The ad does not print put with the page.  In this particular instance, while the ad itself is a legitimate, and I think, even a cute ad, my point is that I can prove that it is HOW  and WHEN the ad pops up, the fact that it can’t be printed out, and the weird synched timing with the approach of my sibling’s birthday- in this instance.  It popped up On several of the last days of Feb this year, 2014.  In the past, in fact the first time I ever saw it was not long after I had received a venomous call or text  in 2012, from my sibling whom I also looked after as a child.

It’s also important to note that I have documented and complained about, in fact, in May 2013 to the NYS Div Of Human Rights, whom I sent a report to, regarding STALKING CYBER ADS, most of which do not appear to be legitimate.  This ad clearly is genuine, however, it is being inappropriately USED (when coupled with intelligence) in this particular instance.  We already know that there is such a thing as “PUSH’ ads which are “pushed” to you depending on your likes and dislikes and selections.  That is “friendly” and perhaps you can “opt out.”  In this instance the private issues of a family are being exploited by intelligence adn used to harass and irritate me.  Again I can confirm this as already stated above, and ALSO by the HARASSING EMAILS FROM 2012 ON WHICH GIVE FROM ADDRESSES WHICH HARKEN TO SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS WHICH ASSIST AND  DEAL WITH TROUBLED CHILDREN AND FAMILY DISRUPTIONS! YOU WOULD LITERALLY HAVE TO BE LISTENING IN TO OUR PHONES TO BE AWARE OF SUCH AN ISSUE WHICH I HAVE FOR THE FIRST TIME REVEALED HERE! THAT AIN’T SPAM!
