you can’t afford to miss the OVERT ANTI-AMERICAN, UNDEMOCRATIC, ANTI-CONSTITUTIONAL, TREACHEROUS, OVER-STEPPING POLICY OF HARASSMENT, INTRUSION, HUMILIATION, PSYCH OPS, IGNORED RIGHTS- (NON ENTITY POLICY AGAINST RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE AND THE STATE AND US CONSTITUTIONS) BEING TRIED ON FELLOW CITIZENS, LIKE GENUINE LAW! Playing Possum or Ostrich won’t prevent YOU from being “Pac-Man’d,” (Cute coin, huh? Mine!) once  on the low, “market research” and “test run,” “beta,” is in the bag.

It’s my duty as  (in no particular order) a fellow Human Being, Black American, woman,  New Yorker, to give you the “heads up,” or “wake up call.”

Don’t condemn the messenger- 1stly, you’ll be pointing in the wrong direction- I am simply revealing how this unconstitutional pattern and practice policy of barring rights plays out in my own life. Only cowards attack the survivor/victim rather than the no-honor, treacherous, rouge, “NON ENTITY POLICY” practice and program.

Besides, darlings, I’ve had to contend with at least 2 SWAT teams and more than a few gauntlets already plus the Fire dept- with only my character , innate Justice, faith and wit; and I remain IMPOSSIBLY unconquered.

“Non Entity Henge,” the Door (Battered into Being by “all tha Kingsmen”: Herstory date: Oct 23-24. 2008), sums it up:

It gives the perfect and TRUE UNMITIGATED, UNCENSORED, UNEDITED HUMAN RIGHTS TIME AND TEMPERATURE IN NEW YORK CITY! When the piercing high sun blazes through that forged FDNY crescent carving in the NYPD knuckled and bashed steel Ocean door of unconstitutional, unparalleled, unhinged Kings County NON Entity Policy abuse; The Time and Temperature is: “HOLD ON TO YOUR CONSTITUTION FOR ALL YOUR WORTH!” (2009-2016 copyright/ TM) Is the wise take-away. That is the slogan for Non Entity Henge! The Door forged of unconstitutional Non Entity Policy action.

The Non Entity Slave Policy Strikes Patient and Proxy Negatively Affecting Health

When a death sentence is pronounced by a hospital “ethicist,”  without the physician ever having so much as hinted to any palliative condition of the relative/patient- you know you’re in unethical NON ENTITY POLICY AGAINST RIGHTS, TWILIGHT ZONE TERROR NO MAN’S LAND!

I can’t go into it here other than to say that I made the huge mistake of trusting the Rehab facility and thinking that that my relative and I would get NON DISPARATE, normal treatment and service.

The “ethicist”  announced that the hospital’s LEGAL TEAM decided to wrest control of my loved-one, and relegate myself to a two-hour visiting hour block during business hours.  This has and is negatively affecting the health of my loved one and so is a form of malpractice.  Secondly, my relative  has been subjected to segregation in that ; besides becoming less and less transparent and more and more hostile to my very presence; my relative had been moved to a solitary room.  Alone.  No other patient. No witnesses.

This is the UNCONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS ABROGATING NON ENTITY POLICY AT WORK, if for just an instant the hospital felt that I HAD RIGHTS WHICH WOULD BE BACKED UP BY LEGAL ACTION; OR THAT MY RELATIVE HAD RIGHTS WHICH WOULD AND COULD BE BACKED UP BY LEGAL ACTION- this would not be happening.

My relative is a human rights violations survivor, as am I- and that’s not opinion- its fact.  Backed up by the personal and intricate details of our lives.  The struggle for their rights is related to a shady non profit company which still does business in the New York City area, who had cheated them out of their due final paycheck and 25K signed job contract. The job itself fulfilled the non profit company’s requirement of an administrative law of New York City. When my relative was defrauded by that company; jurisdictional government agencies which my relative went to for due process in the matter, did nothing to enforce their rights.  The company was sheltered while my relative became impoverished and struggled for years in what we later discovered  was a mock, disparate,   or non duly acting federal court of law.

Therefore, one can get a much better grasp  of the HUMAN RIGHTS abuse VIOLATIONS and POLITICAL FORCES and  complexity of the situation- which might well prompt:

1 SEIZURE OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE SURVIVOR/PATIENT

2PRONONUCEMENT OF DEATH UPON A (THERETOFORE) NON PALLIATIVE PATIENT

3DENIAL OF HEALTHCARE PROXY VISITATION RIGHTS BUT FOR 2 HR BLOCK DURING BUSINESS HOURS

4, SEGREGATING THE HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS ABUSE SURVIVOR/PATIENT IN SINGLE OCCUPANCY ROOM ASSURES NO THIRD PARTY DISINTERESTED PRYING WITNESSES (WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY SEVERELY LIMITING RELATIVE/PROXY VISITS)

5 WHEN RELATIVE/PROXY CALLS TO CHECK ON HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE VIOLATIONS SURVIVOR/PATIENT THEY ARE INCREASINGLY MET WITH: DISCONNECTED CALLS,  CALLS NOT PICKED UP AT ALL, NURSE ON BREAK/BUSY/CALL BACK AGAIN;

6: WHEN RELATIVE/PROXY CALLS TO SPEAK WITH PHYSICIAN TO CHECK UP ON HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE VIOLATIONS SURVIVOR/PATIENT THEY ARE INCREASINGLY MET WITH: Dr is busy/ Not available/ Gone for the day/ Will call you- but no returned calls/ Dr in rounds call back- call back Dr is unavailable/not there

7 WHY are Doctor, Nurses and Nurses aides  SERVICING MY RELATIVE/THE HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS ABUSE SURVIVOR/PATIENT; hiding , reversing, or covering up their NAME TAGS if all was above board and  “standard of care?!”  Note that I did not say ALL healthcare service providers are doing this.

With the KNOWLEDGE that THE PATIENT WILL BE NEGATIVELY EFFECTED BY NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE THEIR RELATIVE/PROXY.

With the KNOWLEDGE that THE RELATIVE/PROXY WILL BE NEGATIVELY EFFECTED BY NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE THEIR RELATIVE/LOVED ONE.

With the KNOWLEDGE that THE RELATIVE/PROXY WILL rarely have an opportunity to speak or see the doctor during those particular hours.

With the KNOWLEDGE that THE RELATIVE/PROXY WILL be treated like a criminal or in the very least, disparately, by the nurses; which inevitably affect their opinions and feelings about the patient.

People will learn about the political abuse of power occurring at this hospital- not that their YELP profile reviews could get any lower.

The mass harassing emails i have to field have been ripe with jests and other menacing alluding to my loved ones hospitalization and many allude to water deprivation.  I may post some of them ASAP.  Meanwhile the malpractice against my relative- in which they were denied having their relative visit them during normal visiting hours began some time in or just after mid December 2015.

I had to post this as an emergency NON ENTITY NEWS letter PRESS Bulletin.  Again, day by day, hour by hour my relative is not allowed the presence of  their proxy and closest relative.  I have been told by the hospital security that I am “trespassing on private property,” if I visit at beyond the 2 hour block allotted.

For people who believe hat your Constitutional rights cannot be abrogated here in New York City, here in the USA,read this blog!  I am also available for lectures and talks.

For people who claim that atrocities such as the holocaust or Black slavery can never happen again; again READ THIS BLOG, I’ve generally experienced relentless and consistent violations  of basic and other rights.  To know my life is to experience the underbelly which is enforcing unc0nstitutional race/sex/national origin hate crime discrimination rights abrogation as law.
