The High Cost of The NY Non Entity Outlawry Policy and Practice of Ethnic & sex Persecution (and parking) or: Vandalized for “Parking While Persecuted.”

The last time I happen to park my vehicle in the 66th Precinct District was 2016, the large passenger window on the driver’s side was smashed and has to be replaced which was expensive, and the right side passenger window no longer rolled down or up. So it remained up. The hate-crime vandalism occurred on the same evening my sib was found lying maimed and near death in another part of town, unbeknownst to me at the time.

It cost a small fortune to replace the glass, and the window mechanism which had never before had a problem, remained not working for a month or two. Then it made an abrupt recovery on its own, and never again had that problem.

I recently parked my vehicle on a certain ave in the 66th precinct district. I wasn’t aware of that fact or or concerned about it. On Aug 15, 10 I had to move the vehicle. When I turned the corner of the block it was parked on, there were  about 6 precinct vehicles in the center and right side of the street. I saw a few officers, but no civilians appeared to be present or engaged. Afterwards, I arrived at my vehicle only to find the “theft” lamp blinking. Something it shouldn’t be doing but could also indicate the vehicle had been entered. Next, when I went to adjust my mirror and open the windows I was shocked to discover that the mechanism for the mirrors had been finely and professionally tampered! The left mirror moves in all directions yet will not open out, the left mirror has been “tweaked” to do the opposite! it too moves in all directions but will not move in! At first the drivers window did not roll down, and I have the first seconds of that shock and mayhem and how upset I was; then abruptly and suddenly the drivers side window was moving, as if released from the mal-programming. Meanwhile, the back left window remained unmoving. It also doesn’t make noise. One garage mechanic was emphatic that the fine-tuned disruption of the mirrors meant that it was no ordinary mechanical fail or normal disruption. It had to have been professionally tweaked.  The estimate I received is at minimum over $300.00. One friendly and professional local body shop who sports a professional personal photo with former Police Chief Ray Kelly, gave an estimate of “$302.13.”  It’s cheaper than the other shop which charges $100. just to diagnose the issue!  Interesting since the number “5” (as in 3 plus 2) has been a featured hallmark of the “Non Entity Policy” and the number “5” as in “Hawaii 5-0,” is also slang for the police.

In my response letter to DHCR of July 29, 2019, I described the illegal search and seizure of my cellphone (Theft of service) and how during that theft of service time period, my landlord was filing his harassing eviction case AND the faulty process service of the false and harassing, discriminatory eviction case all happened exactly during and while my cellphone was under illegal search and seizure, theft of service, also while the landlord controlled building elevator -for the 1st time ever, was malprogrammed take riders from floors 1-4 who rang for the lobby, to the 5th floor BEFORE taking them to the lobby! The elevator was also programmed to return to and station at the 5th floor, rather than the lobby or the last serviced floor! This finely tuned never-before-malprogramming and disruption of the elevator, was in synch (same time period) with my seized phone service, which rendered the landlord’s filing null and void. He was violating my rights at the exact time he was filing with the court and at the same time the bogus eviction was being served.  I mentioned this my letter to the DHCR  of July. 29.

Now on Aug 16, 19 there happens to be a gathering of at least 6 police squad suv’s (66th precinct) around the corner from where I parked. Unfortunately being a victim of ongoing intimidation and violation of my rights, means i can’t take a chance that it was NOT meant as an intimidation, especially when I discover soon after that my vehicle’s “theft”lamp is flashing and the mirror and window mechanism has been finely tweaked either through advanced  malprogramming or other technology, professionals or  tech back-door not available to average civilians.  All so that I would have to pay a minimum of exactly “$302.13” (to re-enable my mirrors and back window).  There’s that 5 (3+2)! 13 is the birth date of my beloved family member and the former long-time tenant.

PS: After writing this post and reading it after posting, it dawned on me suddenly that it may have been an irresistible “Anniversary Attack” as the dates are nearly the same day!  Something I had not noticed until AFTER i finished the post and read it!  Aug 15, 2019 and Aug 14, 2016 are the dates of the “Non Entity Policy & Practice hate crime vandalism.”  It was more than an 2019 opportunity to attack my vehicle, it was an opportunity to recall the 1st such event with an “anniversary  hate crime vandalism attack.”

And Now! The Time Machine! Chopper Stalks Student circa 2007! Do the math to calculate the “time” I’ve been doing. No bars or crime necessary! No Advocacy either.

This was one of the many freakish and harrowing helicopter stalking episodes that happened to me while going to school in NYC.  I was studying to become a yoga teacher at this time period.  Already, I had to give up other scheduled goals due to the severe oppression and harassment of what I term the outlawry policy and practice of the City /state of NY.

There were many of these episodes, I decided to captue theis one.  WAYYYYY before people we zZ”selfy” ing and massively into taking photos , like daily, I had NO CHOICE but to carry a camera the way old gunslingers carried their pistols.  And I learned to be the fastest camera slinger in the East!!  🙂

It took me forever to get it done on “You caring” only to find out that it doesn’t exist although I am able to access the posting it doesn’t show up at all in their search engine!  Instead a Texas posting for ” Watch Tana Beat Breast Cancer To A Pulp!” showed up the 1st time I searched. (Someone else.)   Welcome to the “NON entity” Verizon Internet.  I’m actually using my relative’s internet (my computer) since Verizon and government rogues STOLE my [phone service and dial tone in 2013.

 

 

Also I created a beautiful post card for my campaign to save my Home, and was encouraged to email it right from my CAV account.  this was yesterday Jan 11, 2016.  So i sent it to my mom.  Today when she called she had no ide what i was talking about when i asked what she thought of the postcard I had creted1  Yet CAVA claimed to have sent it, twice, at the time I sent it in real-time there was a confirmation.

 

This is kind of what happens when I’ve gone through the pains- HOURS to set up the fundraising campaign in YOUCARING only to find it has been hit by the NON ENTITY POLICY of New York State/New York City; and it’s as invisible as Caspar the friendly ghost! Again only lil’  ole’ me can see it if I get into my lonely account or go to the same url.  Apparently sending someone the URL doesn’t work.  It proves real time monitoring of my action sin my account, and real-time manipulation of my internet experience in order to keep what I created from being treated to normal process.

It appears my mailings to the Mass AG Civil rights regarding a yoga school denying me normal finishing certificates for two courses I took for two years 2012-2014; has been obstructed by government rogues.  i have not checked, however it appears I never received a response from Massachusetts.  i will be checking the tracking sometime today and will blog it.  in my documentation to the Mass AG i necessarily had to document past violations of rights with previous schools in order to explain the current events with the mass yoga school i was complaining about.  they sent me bizarre documents which are labeled “licenses’ and have expiry dates!!  It clearly is a government intrusion non Entity policy phenom, I had not choice but to complain about it to the Mass civil rights AG.  It was ailed out in November but the fact that subsequent to the mailing their appear to be rogue charges on my Checking account card and I have yet to receive any response from the Mass AG-I can only assume that my mail has been unconstitutionally tampered with.   Therefore the extra FDNY ambulance harassment lately is also likely related.  if it was obstructed, I have no choice but to re-send which is likely what rogue goons don’t want me to do. I will likely have to post it on a public forum in order to protect myself and assure they can’t claim they did not receive it.

It also appears that the October 2015 mailing to Sullivan County  may have been tampered with as well.  that too will be checked some time today, Dec 29, 2015.

Call to A Local Cable News Station and Law Firm Nets Re-freshed FDNY and Hospital Ambulance “Escorts”

I am attempting to save my family home by once again appealing to the City of New York to recognize my Human Rights and to investigate and compensate me for my loses, which by now also include the LONGSTANDING AND CONTINUED Barring of Rights!

Well Folks.  There’s good news.  And There’s Bad news.

Update: Dec 27, 2015 as I was approaching the entry to a popular computer store, an FDNY ambulance cut in front of my vehicle and “escorted” in the sense that the fire ambulance drove the several yards to the entry and also turned into the store parking lot just before my vehicle. As we were parking, a second FDNY ambulance came into the parking lot and parked.  The crew from both ambulances then got out and together entered the store.   I don’t think it was a coincidence. I was fairly surprised to find that they were all African or Caribbean American.  Why? Because my hate crime victimization and abusive experiences I’ve had with New York City’s experimental  pattern and practice policy of using 1st responder vehicles to unconstitutionally terrorize, intimidate, harass, restrict freedom – for the most part utilized White males and females with some Latino personnel and occasional Black personnel  tossed in.  Rarely to never had I experienced the use of Black Ambulance personnel, and if I did, I was unaware of it.   So it is at once not surprising but sad since it speaks to the state of Black women, Black society, and how the legacy of severe overseer oppression, abuse and exploitation continues.

There is the off-chance that it was all a “coincidence” but that is doubtful.  This fits the years old pattern of stalking in which 1st responder vehicles arrive very soon after I arrive or am about to leave a destination point.

 

Second event, in the evening when returning to the apartment, 2 Maimonides ambulances and a police car were stopped on the Avenue just blocks from my building.  Less than 25 minutes before I’d had a conversation with a food service worker near my relative’s current hospital in which I indicated , (without revealing any details, name or health specifics, but just a general sense of fear and apprehension about the quality of care ) about possibly having my loved one transferred out of the hospital.  Prior to this,  earlier the same day i had discussed the possibility with a relative by phone.

Also Note Dec 15, 2015 Another broad-daylight hate-crime Effigy  next door.  A bed and tall white lamp were placed under a tree.

 

 

 

In another environmental attempted psych-harassment move,  the  a foot long green straw with an Itunes label beside it ws propped in my Superintendent’s garage space which is next to my vehicle.  When the vehicle is gone, the foot-long green straw with its accompanying “iTunes” white label can’t be missed since they are propped next to where my passenger side door opens.

It remained propped there for about 4 or more days now. A previous prop which remains in his space is a sawed-off plastic container emblazoned with the name   “MOORE,” obviously the MOORE brand paint.  However the timing of it’s placement and interesting relativity of the name to my sibling’s affairs is notable.  My sibling was a client of a person of that exact name, “MOORE”; which then brought on an entire debacle, especially in 2014.  This year in 2015, my sibling seems to be experiencing retribution and at the same time, this “Moore” prop appears and remains.  The coalescing of personal data and life events  data with environmental props which by design reflect this surveilled personal data and life-events,  known to the  victim is a  it is a meat-and potatoes hate-crime  feature of the  pattern and practice  New York Non Entity Policy.

On Saturday Dec 26, 2015 7:35PM plaster powder and bits were found on the roof of my car in the garage, although upon inspecting the ceiling, it could not have and did not come from there.  This was after I spent a large part of the day researching health subjects and has come across “foreign body embolism.” A situation in which talc powder or some fine powered substance or fiber could cause an embolism which would cause a person to go into dyspenia.  I also came across air embolism.  So hours after these research findings, in a first time ever event my vehicle has plaster powder and bits on its roof.  Since it DID NOT come from the ceiling and HAD NEVER EVER happened before,  it reveals surveillance and a mocking of my finding alluding to the possibility that I had stumbled upon something EXTREMELY RELATIVE to my loved one’s plight.  During that research BEFORE finding my car vandalized with the plaster; I also learned of a procedure whereby an aggravating substance or talc is used to close the space between the chest cavity and the lung. Or something thereabout, in order to minimize pleural effusions.

 

Again the timing of my research and the suddenly plaster-laden vehicle reveal either incredible synchronicity or evidential cyber- surveillance intrusion which is them used to drive and create  targeted environmental harassment.

 

Returning to the “Update: Dec 27, 2015 as I was approaching the entry to a popular computer store, an FDNY ambulance cut in front of my vehicle and “escorted” in the sense that the fire ambulance drove the several yards to the entry and also turned into the store parking lot just before my vehicle.”

This occurred a day after I called a  law firm to once again try to seek remedy or justice in my New York  City, Kings county, NYPD and FDNY, Heath and Hospitals NYS Eastern District Federal  court 7 years obstructed  obstructed case against the City of New York et al.  The law firm naturally called back to inform me they would not and could not take my case.  This i had already known since I has been declares a NON ENTITY by my Own City which had begun it;’s abrogated rights campaign at least as early as 2000, which could be seen and proven by  the hate-crime defacement of my face on my government issued my license at the time.

The bad.  My family home will be stolen and sold in early Jan 2015 if we cannot pay $30K

Since I have been a GHARC  Government harassed abrogated rights citizen since 2000; trust me when I tell you that it exists because society is in accord with tghe policy and practice.  While this torture of fellow Americans rolls on second, minute, HOUR, DAY, MONTH, YEAR, DECADES; it ONLY exists due to the complicity and arrangement of politics, corporation and society.  Gone are the days of boldhearted journalists who dared to tell the stories that reveal how things truly are; the stories that jarred us into action, not Pavlovian consumption.

The BAD: While my loved one is tortured,  environmental harassment crew is grinding out blasts from the past.

Again: Dec 14, 2015 “Bed under a  Tree” hate crime racist effigy; which correlates with the “strange Fruit” theme, only in a  (hospital) bed. What’s more is that the open, in your face hate crime psych-ops lynch -death threat is complete with it’s very own  tall white lamp; which  clearly suggests a roiling hospital pole which supports IV fluids, etc.   This is TORTURE of a Black American woman and her family member;  happening in NYC, specifically KINGS  COUNTY!!  This is concerted Government Abuse Hatred Abrogated Rights Non entity torture and newfangled non-criminal OUTLAWRY and modern American Slavery Policy at work.

 

 

There was this cardboard box placed on my side of the garage space.  The flaps were propped open and there was nothing inside. THIS IS AFTER MY PREVIOUS POSTING ABOUT BIG BOX DAY IN WHICH NEIGHBORS AND LANDLORD suddenly were SH^@! deep in BIG BOXES.  KEEP IN MIND THIS IS THE SAME LOCATION AND PLACE THAT THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL TERROR FILLED SWAT AND FDNY EVENT OCCURRED BACK IN 2008!! The SAME EVENT THAT HAS BEEN OBSTRUCTED OF JUSTICE AND SWEPT UNDER THE RUG BY THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND KINGS COUNTY, NY for  for 7 long years! Unfortunately proving that the City Of New York DOES INDEED PRACTICE HATE CRIMES ABROGATION OF RIGHT AND MODERN NON-CRIMINAL OUTLAWRY (STRIPPING OF RIGHTS AND PROPERTY) TARGETING POLICY  UPON BLACK AMERICANS, AND MOST ESPECIALLY THIS BLACK AMERICAN FEMALE.

I was traumatized, assailed, violated, abused, terrorized, illegally, falsely detained,  kidnapped,slandered, and after that terror event. i SUFFERED (SUFFER)  PHYSICALLY, EMOTIONALLY, SOCIALLY, FINANCIALLY.  I was then subjected to court, bench and (the ever willing to abuse my rights); USPS  hatred and harassment.  Then well let’s  not forget the stalking No compensation at all. No apologies. No investigation. And most of all I was illegally, unconstitutionally denied the right to an attorney!! That goes beyond civil rights, and takes this to a VIOLATION OF INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS .

THE BAD GOOD NEWS (Depending on who you are in the scheme of the Policy Against Rights): Every abuse upon my family, myself, our human and constitutional rights; and the treason against the NYS Constitution and the US Constitution; will  be journaled with evidence and made public.

Circuiting 2-digit FDNY Ambulances, Resident Big BOX & No Mo’ Hospital Parking DAY!

This occurs the 2nd night dash cam has been disabled, and 2nd night  I am prevented from staying with relative at the hospital.  The fact that the dash cam was intercepted simply gave me the heads-up that there would be oddities and more likely occurring- otherwise there would be no need to disable my dash cam.

I parked and was pedestrian in this event when a FDNY lights flashing, siren ambulance passed by, it.  The number of the ambulance was unusual since, instead of 3 digits, it was “41D.”  i had always seen FDNY ambulances with triple digits and to me, it was already unusual to see an ambulance with just 2 digits, and even more unusual, because of the alphabet combined with the number.  It  made a right turn off of the avenue, but I knew the turn could only circuit the ambulance completely around the block . The only variation is that when arriving back at the avenue , the vehicle could turn left or right which would lead the ambulance in the same direction past me where I saw it the first time, or in the opposite direction, in which case, i would not see the ambulance.

The ambulance passed me again, meaning that it circuited the corner and passed me, turning onto my relative’s residential block. It started it’s siren just before passing me. The number of the ambulance had strikingly close relativity to my relative’s certain current data ; also it was occurring on the very night of an overnight observational procedure (while I was not present due to being forced to leave after visiting hours) , which I had refused to allow to be video taped, so it is imperative to  note the freakish FDNY ambulance event here.  Again, note the disabling of the dash cam and the following events!

Dec 3, 2015:  DASH CAM DOWN!  “Ambulance “071,” Residential  BIG  BOX Bash & NO MO’ Hosp Parking Day ! (The Gang’s All Here!) Hospital Hostility anyone? Distancing me from my relative amidst these harassing events only garners my anguished concern and call human rights/civil rights advocacy and support!

 

The following day, “DASH CAM DOWN, BIG BOX DAY!” (only rivaled by the lynch mob effigy of Oct 2015 hanging outside the same building) Dec 3, 2015, yet another FDNY ambulance of unusual double digits, this time hitting the mark relating to my loved one; would cross my path as I am enroute to the hospital. This after opening my door to a huge over sized box standing outside my door – it was the next apartment’s package. It’s an unprecedented 1st time, and it would occur again in the evening when I returned, this time in the building lobby a “Frigidaire range” trash box left by the mail boxes   by none other than the landlord himself!  Yet an unprecedented never before event! Trash and HUGE containers have NEVER been left inside the building, nor is it allowed, especially with the hipsters moving in!  However, just like the timing of the “all lights out” in front of the building coordinat3es with the Lynch mob effigy; this is another perfect example of Coordinated  environmental harassment.  This was particularly Harrowing and nauseating because as i have said upon leaving my relative’s side, I returned on the wee hours of Dec 1, 2015 to find them very adverse state of health, a worsening of their condition from which they have yet to recover. AFTER this worsening condition while at the hospital, the hospital’s reaction wast to KEEP ME FROM MY LOVED ONE’S SIDE FOR THE 1ST TIME BEGINNING ON THE EVE OF DEC 1, 2015.   this is the same evening that the dash cam was disabled a few avenues away, after leaving the hospital that evening, and before happening upon the traffic light truck on the corner of the residence.  On Dec 2, 2015 an overnight observation procedure was initiated,I disallowed video. Once again, I was forbidden to remain with my relative. It was on this particular evening and the morning AFTER that the FDNY ambulances with double digits happened; AND in evening and early morning I called off the procedure but was told it could not be halted til the am about 8am since the technicians were not available. Meanwhile Dec 3, 2015 was the morning the overnight procedure ended and it was the same day as the 2nd double-digit FDNY ambulance with the bullseye numerals. “071.”  It is also the same day that Neighbor and Landlord presented HUGE cardboard boxes that just couldn’t be missed; both unprecedented events.  As if all of this WERE NOT ENOUGH, The hospital, via it’s parking lot supervisor- incredibly denied me the right to park in the hospital parking lot although i had been doing so without issue.  This was yet another way to keep me from being able to come and and stay  or visit my relative untroubled. It about an hour calling around and beseeching hospital and other agents to allow me to park before I was allowed to “temporarily park for that day!”  I was “allowed” to park in a “handicapped only” parking space!

 

It was apparent that i was being delayed- it was so obvious that I became panic stricken and called the hospital chaplin who had offered me her card a day before.  She was not available but another female chaplin was. When i told her I was inexplicably being delayed from seeing my relative and I wanted her to go to their side, I was told that one of the chaplins had visited my relative that morning. When i asked about my relative’s state of health she said she could not comment!  When I finally arrived at my relative’s side at about 2:45 or 2:50PM, they appeared distressed and their health seemed further deteriorated from the day before!  While the doctor offered good news about condition improvement, I could see that my relative, appeared tormented and listed to one side and was arching backwards- something they had not done before.

Meanwhile as a direct result of the openly hostile and discriminatory denial to park at the hospital parking lot today, Friday Dec 4 2015 is the 1st day that i have not been at my relative’s side! I had to call the doctor and nurses by phone instead of being able to be there in person  since i am not allowed to park at the hospital!  Meanwhile my loved one is in an extremely vulnerable state AND I AM UNABLE TO PROTECT THEM. again CONSIDER IF THIS WERE your loved one AND THESE FREAK HARASSING EVENTS WERE OCCURRING. I am looking for Human rights advocacy and support!!  Please help!

When I asked the Superintendent on Oct 20, 2015 during the day, why he had not moved the hanging effigy car seat, he simply stated: “Someone wants to give it away.” I believe the effigy may have  been hanging there for several days but it  finally registered in my consciousnesses as a hate crime directed at my loved one when I arrived and the three outside building lights were of in tandem with the hanging car seat and the cute car to go” happened to be parked in front of the effigy at the curb with the red luggage tossed onto the black trash bags for good measure.  As if it were not damaging enough, the super was now on a roll, he asked why i had been taking photos of the hanging car seat, I explained it was a hate crime and that in 2011 there had been an effigy hanging by the neck at almost the  exact spot where hile I was in federal court pro se and the FDNY had rang my bell to intimidate me that may 2010.  The super then went on to state that i CAUSED the Unconstitutional SWAT/FDNY

15-25 man Siege of Oct 23-24, 2008 OF MY PERSON AT OP “because, You called 911 and you didn’t answer the door.”  ?!  And he REALLY MEANT IT!!  ONE OF THE ABSOLUTE TERRORS OF BEING SUBJECTED TO GOVERNMENT CIVIL MORTUUS CAPTIAL PUNISHMENT/PERSECUTION  IS THAT ANY FOOL FEELS IMMUNE  AND IS IMMUNE TO VIOLATE YOUR RIGHTS, DEGRADE YOU AND AS IN THIS INSTANCE THIS GUY IS NONCHALANTLY GOING TO TELL ME WHAT HE HAS BEEN PROGRAMMED TO SAY “I DID!”

NO ONE EVEN BOTHERED TO WARN HIM ABOUT TELLING SOMEONE WHAT YOU THINK THEY DID! Which is to say disparaging and false statements AND SPREADING the outrageous  MISINFORMATION ABOUT SOMEONE to their face IS ALWAYS AN ARROGANT  BAD IDEA! But since my own government doesn’t seem to observe any of my rights; why should anyone else? this bodes poorly for all women.  The only GOOD thing about it is that i am now aware of how the City of New York has likely tampered, obstructed and couched things relating to that matter,. Now I know to be on the lookout for possible false 911 reports!  It would make no sense for a woman who has been besieged by police and FDNY harassment; to WANT TO MAKE A 911 REPORT!  And although only in very rare instances in which I felt it was urgent , over the course of years; did I make the attempt. The truth is, just as with any  “lynch Mob” environment, THE TRUE VICTIM and THE    TRUTH does not matter, what  DOES matters is the collective agreement to FOLLOW GOVERNMENT UNCONSTITUTIONAL custom and practice, NON Entity POLICY, and CONTINUE TO EXACT sadistic deprivation of rights, defamation, castigation, blacklisting, harassment all creating  torment and torture  on a fellow citizen until they expire- creating extrajudicial capital punishment.. Contrary to the NYS Bill of rights, such persons shall have no peace or protections even at the threshold of their own home. This is why thee needs to be an investigation finally so that  the truth can come out and so that perhaps other vulnerable Americans won’t have to endure such abuse.

Poor guy!  I don’t think he has ever even SEEN THE NY STATE CONSTITUTION Or the US CONSTITUTION for that matter!   Moreover, it’s all to clear that he does not comprehend the gravity of his own statement upon his OWN  FREEDOMS!  LOL!  It’s absolutely TERRIFYING!  This guy actually believes that a FULL METAL PARAMILITARY SWAT “HAS A RIGHT” TO TERRORIZE AND RETALIATE AGAINST  A LAW citizen IN THEIR OWN HOME, AND WITHOUT MEDICAL OR HEALTH CAUSE OR WARRANT BREAK, ENTER THEIR HOME, KIDNAP THEM TO A MUNICIPAL COUNTY  HOSPITAL, CAUSE THEM TO BE KIDNAPPED YET AGAIN TO A PRIVATE MENTAL HEALTH HOSPITAL  ALL BECAUSE “YOU CALLED 911 AND YOU DIDN’T ANSWER THE DOOR!’ It’s SUCH A TRAGEDY THAT THE POOR GUY HASN’T A constitutional BONE IN HIS HEAD!  NO WONDER these Modern STASI methods work!! If people are not educated about he fact that they are Living IN WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A FREE DEMOCRACY NOT A TYRANNY; where anytime, anywhere, anyhow YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONE can be pulled out of your home for simply  saying “NO” to rogue intrusion and  intimidation; or for speaking  out against a violation of basic  of rights.; BUT A Nation, A State GOVERNMENT AND SOCIETY RULED BY “LAW AND ORDER” NOT CHAOS, TERROR AND THE WHIMS OF SOME INFERIOR COMPLEX  DICTATOR.  The freedoms we all have are secured and assured by the State and US Constitutions and by vigilance and hard work in being active in and  with government and keeping government  officials and agencies from “coloring outside the lines” of their office , tasks and authority; degrading the integrity and stability of the entire system; putting into jeopardy freedom, due process for all New Yorkers and US Americans.

This poor fellow doesn’t know the scope of his own freedoms and rights! What of the next generation?! A Free democracy or republic DEMANDS VIGILANCE AND HARD WORK to ensure that our State and US Constitutions are not relegated to toiletry. You have to HOLD ON to freedom and be actively positively engaged with government and officials so that the People and Constitutions do not continue to take a back seat to shenanigans and deals.  Every person who serves as an officer, Official or a civil servant at a certain level, must swear an allegiance to our Constitution and to uphold the law and to serve our government and the people with integrity.  yet, clearly many people DO NOT KNOW THESE THINGS.  I never called 911; but it is interesting to hear that from him since I know have a heads up on how the wrongful and false dissemination against me must have been spread. Since he is the superintendent, it is even more damaging to me that he is spreading that lie about me; and likely he has been told to say as much to new neighbors.  Again you have no rights and can’t expect a shred of human compassion  when your are  a government abused citizen.

The one excellent thing to come from it, is that you have no choice but to take action.There is no time and no leisure to second guess, to be stopped by fear, to doubt yourself- since there is no one to turn to; you find, well I have found that i usually manage to have my own back.  I think of those people who pay thousands to have a transformational near-death shamanic experience so that they can overcome themselves; tell you what: give me the money and come take a walk on the wild side!  You will learn about yourself  where your rights do not exist, where your contracts are violated, where tampering and unconstitutional interference and intrusion and manipulation into your contacts, contracts and personal affairs is a daily or near daily reality, where each day you never know if you’ll be able to use the utility you pay for each month; where the goods you purchase are bound to be tampered or and arrive disabled; where YOU have to decide HOW to handle each and all of these anomalies, WHILE ALSO trying to deal with NORMAL life affairs-if you have the time; and while being the one who assists and positively enables family.  Think you are made of the right stuff? Want to discover your TRUE abilities and strengths? Want to know the feeling of the weighing in the balance of  life and death when you are forced to decide between speaking out or silent torment?  Which way to move now/? arrive  TO FIND LYNCH MOB EFFIGY CAR SEAT HANGING FROM BUILDING RAILING; ALL 3 OUTDOOR LAMPS SWITCHED OFF! EFFIGY STILL HANGING DURING THE DAY. Same day ON the corner, Traffic Light arrows are checked, signal red and yellow but Inspector says GREEN ARROWS ARE COMING SOON! Traffic arrows point down same block as hanging effigy!

Mother ordered the $75.00 flowers at a dotcom called Foryouflowers.com (or thereabouts- although she seems certain of that name- I think it was foryoursflowers.com- will post an update  of correct name eventually.). She ordered a fall bouquet with 2 balloons to arrive on Oct 17th.  She paid extra for rush delivery. She received NO TRACKING INFORMATION.  She emailed the company several times. No response. She’s never interacted with this online company before.  Finally she calls, they tell her that the local florist (local to the location he flowers will be delivered to, which is the hospital) claims “their truck broke down.”  They could not explain why she had not received any email responses or notices.  She was an unhappy camper. , after being put on hold a LONG WHILE, the company decided to refund her money, but the flowers would still be delivered.  (That doesn’t sound good either). The flowers would be delivered before 9pm on Oct 1, 2015 after all.  That did not happen. finally Foryouflowers.com was contacted again and hey stated that the local florist said he attempted a delivery on Sun Oct 18, 2015.  but when I checked the following day, that had not been the case at all. Now the local florist says the delivery will be made on the 19th. Which happens to be the same say as my birth.  When i arrived in the evening of the 19th th flowers were there. When I asked who signed for them or who brought them into the room, no one knew, finally one person stated they arrived in the afternoon, the time given was my approximate birth time.  And just when you thought it couldn’t get creepier and chock full of :”police intelligence” the flowers are an odd array of roses carnations and sunflowers. Nothing at all like what had been ordered; and especially the 3 sunflowers. A Fall flower arrangement had been requested, we can all agree that SUNFLOWERS are NOT fall or winter flowers.  However, they are all over my iphone photos since in August 2015 I attended my medallion taxi class at a CUNY community college which happened to have an amazingly beautiful organic garden. The Sunflowers are huge and beautiful.  Therefore, the mysterious flowers delivered on the same day as my birth, the same time of my birth and the weird use of the sunflowers- when they were never requested, and no one ever sees my iphone, I barely use it- ; all point to rogue color of authority hate crime surveillance, manipulation, retaliation and harassment; giving me grave reason to be concerned for the healthcare welfare of my loved one!  Who has ever heard of flowers delivered without a signature, without anyone knowing who delivered the flowers, without a hospital assuring patient safety and confidentiality?! Welcome to the terrifying world of the American Non entity policy against rights , immunities and privileges.

The best that i can do is blog events  online as they occur and get the word out to others.  Another  recently noticed phenomena has been the swirling of detective vehicles around me as I am driving. So I have to deal with extraordinary burdens hopefully most New Yorkers, most US Americans will not experience- besides he trauma of supporting a loved one during a trying health crisis; but i have to constantly  field and document the near everyday intrusion, hate crime, deprivation of rights and harassment; and I have to try ans fend for my loved one while the displays of inhumanity and hatred openly suggest that his healthcare is being negatively manipulated to his detriment. i know it happens since it has happened in the past to my pets, it happened to me in 2008, and so I have to deal with the terror that my loved one may be harmed rather than helped.  But I won’t shoulder those fears alone. Meanwhile, loved one gets stable yet worse than arrival and grows nearly comatose, had burning sensations, chest and belly pains, nausea, inability to speak, shortness of breath, unresponsiveness to stimuli – these are all known side effects reactions to potent yet hazardous controversial medical drip known for its dangers. Originally there were 2 different sort of drips given, both known to cause about the same side effects, one has been removed ( I requested it, but apparently it had been temporarily suspended just prior to my request). The lead Physician dodges me and can’t look me in the eye, meanwhile one kind  physician seems  tasked to field my questions. I want my loved one off of the drip since it appears to be disabling or/and rendering my loved one into Sleeping Beauty.  Besides this harrowing, terrifying situation which I am handling alone, I have to contend with Bizarre Municipal hatred antics such as the Traffic Light arrow fixture suddenly and hastily being installed and programmed “yellow and red only.” arrows pointing down the same block as the hanging effigy on Oct 16, 2015 1010pm .  On Oct 20th the  Traffic Light Inspector  was on the corner at OP  and admitted that the arrows should go to green but it wasn’t , an  Oct 20 clanging, ringing hate-crime Oppression convergence  upon me of of two FDNY engines and a FDNY SUV NO 8 around the corner from hanging effigy on railing in front of building. I documented the event although the photos are not seen here- may put hem up soon.The pretext for that little Lynch-mob Color of Authority hate-crime stunt was allegedly that the new coop on Caton Pl , The Kestral was having an emergency. I returned shortly after the FDNY departed and queried the reception who did not state they had any such emergency. He tried his best to cover for the FDNY by saying,” Our alarms are very sensitive. If someone opens a door and if there is dust…

The pretext was that the kestrel had a fire emergency. This turned out to be null.

evening after my loved one’s hospitalization,  as of Oct 20, 2015 when I spoke with the Light Inspector at the corner; he admitted they two arrows should be green and that they likely will be programmed GREEN, SOON. What is the delay? Why are the arrows which point down the block where the effigy is hanging on Oct 20, 2015, NOT programmed green YET? They seem to be waiting for something.

No “Ringy Dingy” for me! Special Offer” System Installed Harass/threat call

On today, 10/1/15 at  4:20PM “Special Offer” System Installed.”  Harass/threat call. Noteworthy since it  DOES NOT SHOW UP ON THE PHONE Call log, and the call to my mobile phone company today at 5pm,  confirmed that they do not see this call as having called through to my phone either!

The search reveals the call is from Florida, Miami to be precise. The other significance is that “Lookipa” call region map for the number (shown above) shows the Miami International airport. Coincidentally or not, My significant other will be flying out from our local (NY) international airport (Kennedy) tomorrow morning, Oct 2, 2015.  Which is why I found if necessary to post this harassing event.  Another reason is because I had finished a call on the same phone, at 3:39pm today Oct 1, 2015 with a kind and helpful officer regarding the plight of an elder who feels her rights have been violated as she has been held in a hospital (no, it is not a psych hospital and she has no psych or dementia issues) against her will for several months without her consent.  I have already received some quite interesting email harassment because of my concern for the elder, who has asked for help with the situation.  Yet note that I did not give my email or this  cell phone number out, which reveals the rogue aspect.

I will post more about this matter- so stay glued!
