New York’s HERSTORY MAKING 20 Year War On A Woman, And 10 Years Of Municipal/NYPD/ESU/FDNY/DeBLASIO Notice of Declaration Of Outlawry, Obstruction Of Justice & Legal Council; Comes To A Retaliatory, Ethnic Persecution, Misogynist , Gov VAWA, “Housing Serge & Purge Segregation,” “De-Housing” Head!

Firstly, let it be known that I am of sound mind and body and do not drink alcohol, smoke or take drugs, neither pharmaceutical or illicit. I have no drug, criminal or mental health history. Additionally, I am a pacifist, and to that end a vegetarian/vegan.

I am not “anti-government” for seeking Title VI civil rights implementation and enforcement in New York city/state,  other remedy, restoration, justice for and speaking out against constitutional and civil rights violations which themselves violate due process, civil rights, city state and federal law and our State and US Constitutions. Obviously legitimate and genuine government workings do not and cannot as a pattern and practice violate the law, due process and the State and federal Constitution!

The undeniable hair-raising, bone-chilling fact is that the violations occurring are themselves “anti-government” and very much Rico and Hobbs and color of law, since they violate the People , the trust of the People of the State of New York, the New York State and US Constitutions, NY and federal laws, sworn oaths of office and appear to act above the law for private gain using and abusing official power and federal funds while illegally abrogating/shunning rights to plunder and pillage from citizenry; especially the protected class group: Black legacy Americans. Therefore these violations are themselves subversive and harmful to the legitimate and honest working of our legitimate and honest government and to the People of the state of New York.

It would be misplaced and fruitless to be upset with first responders: police officers, firemen or other government employees, who admittedly appear to relish their rogue and treacherous task, since from what I have learned and experienced, they are actually performing a little-published, non-disclosed , largely clandestine job duty which unconstitutional though it may be, is nonetheless is part of an unofficially  officially sanctioned program of political “Outlawry” and bill of attainder against subjected citizenry!

I AM JUSTLY CONCERNED THAT A BARBARIC , ENTRENCHED, OPEN & ENTRENCHED DEFACTO NEW YORK POLICY, CUSTOM AND PROGRAM OF SANCTIONED UNCONSTITUTIONAL, ILLEGAL, ROGUE AND TREACHEROUS VIOLATIONS OF CITY, STATE, ADMINISTRATIVE AND FEDERAL LAW, CONSTITUTION, RICO AND HOBBS & SWORN OATHS OF OFFICE, ARE “LIFE-LOOTING,” “LIFE-COTTING,” “LIFE-FRISKING,” LAW ABIDING US AMERICANS AND NEW YORKERS, PARTICULARLY FOCUSING ITS TREACHERY UPON ON LAW ABIDING AFRICAN LEGACY AMERICANS, WITH SPECIAL DOUBLED ANIMUS METED OUT FOR AFRICAN LEGACY AMERICAN WOMEN! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

 

Why should the very lives, property, rights, conatracts and housing of law abiding New Yrokers, moste especially legacy Americans, and most particularly affected, the federally protected class traditionally/historically most abused ethnic group African Legacy American, (Black legacy Americans/ Black legacy American Indians) ‘ be cavalierly and routinely subjected to a barless prison, life-sentence of “Life-cott,” “life_looted, “Life frisked” stalking surveillance intrusion, interference, ambushed,  subjected to municipal fascist  domestic terror and ethnic persecution under rights negating outlawry, approximating as absolutely  close as possible the KKK “Re-construction Era; ” making this what I call:  “The Second (and perhaps the most important) Reconstruction (ethnic, racial  and sex casting) Period, of US American history!

I am appreciative and aware as any other New Yorker, US American of the fact that first-responders risk their lives each day and their work is dangerous and can be hard and grueling. In fact it is admittedly rather awesome how the NYPD has developed into a paramilitary and  global force to better protect our city.

Yet without any Constitutional Bill of Rights  protection mechanisms in place at all, (such as Title VI federal civil rights implementation and enforcement at all New York state and city agencies- the so-far flaunted and ignored federally required law for all agencies and programs receiving federal and taxpayer dollars,) to shield civilians  from official misconduct and abuse of authority, as the powers, surveillance and technology of the City of NY and its NYPD expanded and expands  exponentially., leaving all citizenry, especially the  most historically vulnerable federally protected classes, in the lurch with no purchase to stand on, no limb to grab, no official who would act, no gov agency or NGO, alleged human rights group, no so called black leadership, no  newspaper or local or alternative media, willing to breathe a word about or against, much less  condemn the entrenched sanctioned and shocking custom  of government outlawry, attainder  and human rights violations.

Obviously, IT HAS TO BE STOPPED! IN ORDER TO BE HALTED, WE HAVE TO HAVE A VERY LONG OVERDUE DISCUSSION ABOUT A SADISTIC, ILLEGAL, ROGUE, UNCONSTITUTIONAL, DEPRAVED,  SANCTIONED  AND  OFFICIAL NEW YORK  ENTRENCHED FASCIST PROGRAM OF STARCHAMBER OUTLAWRY, AND BILL OF ATTAINDER CAVALIERLY INFLICTED UPON,  DISENFRANCHISING, STIFLING THE RIGHTS AND PROTECTIONS, SHUNNING THE LIVES, SILENCING THE JUST CRIES AND PETITIONS OF  SUCH VICTIMS  (THROUGH SHUNNING, STONEWALLING AND DEFAMING, STIGMATIZING FALSE, FRAUDULENT POLITICAL NON-HEALTH RELATED, NON-MEDICAL,  FALSE SCRIPTS ACT AND FALSE  CLAIMS ACT VIOLATING FDNY AMBULANCE//HOSPITAL ABDUCTIONS AND EXTORTION THREAT OF SUCH NON HEALTH RELATED RETALIATORY, POLITICAL HOSPITAL ABDUCTIONS; AGAINST FELLOW AMERICANS, CIVILIANS, NEW YORKERS, LAW ABIDING UNWITTING (AT FIRST) CITIZENRY!  AGAIN WITH MOST OF THE ABUSE AND FOCUS UPON THE HISTORICALLY SOCIALLY VULNERABLE FEDERALLY PROTECTED CLASS GROUPS INCLUDING SENORS, CHILDREN, (ESPECIALLY BLACK LEGACY American  SENIORS AND CHILDREN) THE HOMELESS,THE  PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY ILL OR CHALLENGED,  WOMEN MOST ESPECIALLY BLACK LEGACY AMERICAN WOMEN. AS WELL AS UNPROTECTED VULNERABLE GROUPS SUCH AS:   THE HOMELESS, SINGLE PERSONS/SINGLE PARENTS OR COUPLES WITHOUT FAMILIES AND/OR  FRIENDS,  WITH MAJOR FOCUS  UPON DEVASTATING AND DISENFRANCHISING THE ETHNIC GROUP AFRICAN LEGACY AMERICANS, WITH EXTRA  RASCIST/MISOGYNIST FOCUS AND ABUSE BEING HEAPED UPON AFRICAN LEGACY AMERICAN FEMALES.

IT HAS BECOME UNDENIABLY CLEAR THAT THE MORE SOCIALLY INVISIBLE AND HISTORICALLY/TRADITIONALLY ABUSED GOV/SOCIALLY ABUSED THE SUBJECTED CLASS/GROUP IS- THE MORE THE NEW YORK OUTLAWRY /ATTAINDER PROGRAM FEELS  EMBOLDENED,  AND ENTITLED TO “GO GOVERNMENT ROGUE  WILDING”  INFLICTING OUTLAWRY, BILL OF ATTAINDER AND MODERN AMERICAN SLAVERY UPON PERSONS OF THAT SPECIFIC PROTECTED CLASS GROUP.  THE COLD FACT IS, NO OTHER FEDERALLY PROTECTED CLASS GROUP IS MORE  TRADITIONALLY, HISTORICALLY AND CURRENTLY GOV AND SOCIALLY ABUSED AND RENDERED INVISIBLE THAN THE BLACK LEGACY AMERICAN FEMALE AND HER YOUNG (CHILD), TODAY. JUST SEE BELOW FOR THE FACTS PROVING HOW GOV AND SOCIAL RACE/SEX ANTI-AFRICAN AMERICAN ANIMUS POLITICS ETHNIC/SEX PERSECUTION IS LITERALLY KILLING THE BLACK AMERICAN WOMAN PHYSICALLY, ECONOMICALLY, SOCIALLY, EMOTIONALLY AS WELL AS DEVASTATING THE FUTURE AND WELL-BEING OF HER YOUNG.  Besides the nationwide controversy compounded by the controversial deaths of  intrepid Filmmaker and former NY firefighter Bill Bowen, and the honorable Senator Nancy Schaefer surrounding the alleged unconstitutional and unjust practices of CPS departments generally which, due to federal legislation, have financial incentive to unnecessarily and too easily separate children from their mother , father and families yet have no  financial incentive and too often fail to remove children from their parental homes when there is a serious pattern of abuse occurring.

Then there is the issue of disparity in the education of African American children, denial of adequate funding for necessary school textbooks, teachers, school supplies; the affect of having police officer presence in (mostly urban) schools creating a psycho-social-cultural impression in early childhood upon children, seeking to “normalize”  ” school-to-jail.”  The disparate psychology abuse and medical dosing of abuse of African American children as having Denial of  funding for phonics, exercise classes, music and art programs and civil awareness in schools. Children’s  (aged 18 and under) immersion into violent, criminal, grotesque and ghoulish  (such as Zombie and vampire) and anti-social themed “human kill” video gaming,  as well as violent  television shows and adult-like cartoons,  which may cause learned violence and disassociation with the “real-life” effects of perpetrated violence. There’s the  lack of access to stable, safe housing,  adequate nutrition, nutrition education,  wellness care and health care; and most importantly healthcare without the fascist,  adultist (anti-children’s rights and perspective) , sexist and racist, discriminatory, animus  overtones and  disparate,  dismissive treatment  which continue chill African legacy American women,  children and men from trusting in and seeking healthcare in the first place.

As can and will be seen from my experience-and that of my family, it is like a roller-coaster without brakes. Quite terrifying and devastating.

New York’s unapologetic, in your face,  shocking-to-the-conscience  Civil Outlawry “NON ENTITY Program” practice, policy and custom is itself a subversion , perversion and crime against the state and municipal government, as well as setting the bar for sanctioned domestic terror of sanctioned unconstitutional shunning of rights, protections, remedy access to council, political non health related hospital abduction, unconstitutional invasion of privacy surveillance and intuition into seclusion and accounts, manipulation theft and denial of services, and much more! All of it illegally and unconstitutionally endangering the lives, privacy, health and general well being of illegally subjected citizenry!

Genuine government whether city, state or federal IS ALWAYS to mostly compliant with US and State state Constitutions, DUE PROCESS, ADMINISTRATIVE, CITY STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS. hOWEVER PERSONS ABUSIUNG THEIR OFFICIAL AND OIFFICER SEAT IN GOVERNMENT TO ABUSE THEIR OFFICE, THEIR OATH OF OFFICE, THEIR SWORN DUTY OT THE cONSITUTION AND THE pEOPLE- ARE THEMNSLEVES ACTING against OUR GOVERNMENT AND ARE ACTING AS AN ORGANIZED RICO GANG OR MOB. Officials and officers “implementing or following orders and enforcing polices” which are NOT COMPLIANT with the constitution and laws of our administrative,  city, state of federal government, are in fact, NOT SHIELDED BY  GOVERNMENT IMMUNITY SINCE SUCH ACTIONS ARE NOT IN ACCORD WITH LEGITIMATE ADMINISTRATIVE, CITY, STATE, OR FEDERAL  LAW, NOR CASE LAW,  AND OUR THE ANTITHESIS OF OUR NY AND US  CONSTITUTION BILL OF RIGHTS PROTECTIONS!

This is why we, a “free republic”  have “sworn oaths of office,”  “The pledge of Allegiance,” to “Old Glory,” and a New York State and Federal Constitution “Bill of Rights ” protections in the first place! They are not there because of “conspiracy theory,” but in fact were established based upon human nature and human history of the powerful or elite abusing the common man or  or less empowered masses. .  The human devastation of Hitler’s use of outlawry and it’s affects upon Nazi Germany and eventually the world, Edi amin, and despotic regimes in which the masses of people were suppressed and unfree.  It has always been  well understood that with the great power of any government or /and Court seat or office, including that of Peace officers, and any physician  in the medical and health professions- who must swear the  Hippocratic Oath  to DO NO HARM! This is not because the founding patrons and matrons of these Oaths, out Constitution, our habeus and Due Process laws were “paranoid, conspiracy theorists” but because it is well established from human nature and human history  that with “great power and great expectation and trust  “rust” of the People, comes big temptation for egos and individuals to depart from one’s sworn oath of office, to abuse the trust and rights of  the People, to violate the law and, to submit  to private gain and personal politics at the expense of those which such officials and professionals are duty- bound to serve. These pledges and Oaths of office, the honorary title “honorable” and “officer are  meant to remind these officials, officers and medical professionals to diligently  uphold their mantle of of their esteemed honored place in society, precisely for their dedication to unswerving service devoid of foul abuse upon breaking of their oath to serve without harming, without abusing the trust and rights of the people, without violating the Constitution;

 

he temptation of violate the rights of fellow Americans breaking the law, breaking their oaths of of office ARE NOT ACTING ON BEHALF OF GENUINE GOVERNMENT, and a person making complaints of such lawlessness, is not therefore “ANTI-GOVERNMENT,” but Pro legitimate government! this is why officials and officers must swear oaths, and it is why official’s titles and they are called or considered “honorable” because they are entrusted by the People to do their duties while remembering and endeavoring bravely  against every strong temptation,  to instead  protect, uphold the constitution, the law, and protect the People. Oaths are taken to make officials and officer promise to recall and remember why they hold that place of honor, to not yeild to politcies and practices which abuse their office for  personal causes and private gain,but to remain ever steadfast and diligent in exercising their promise and duties of government and health.

I am justly and rightly expressing my experience of an overt, entrenched, defacto law underbelly, an Unconstitutional PROGRAM practice and policy which is being followed and adhered to as defacto law. Injustice and violating oaths and constitution, abusing the rights of fellow US Americans and New Yorker’s- that rightly concerns me.
“Therefore, as per the laws of the state of NY, and my NY and US Constitutional rights, my civil and human rights as per NYC and state law; and the federal laws prohibiting slavery and human trafficking, conspiracies against rights and property interests, and criminal law generally prohibiting taking part in crimes or the furtherance of crimes and fraud-upon-the court I do not have to, and in fact, must not,and cannot be compelled,to participate in crimes, conspiracy and violations against my own rights, person, tenancy, housing rights, contracts and property interests. I do not have to and must not submit to a sham and/or biased trial/court, while I am threatened with harm, harassed, stalked, survielled, intimidated, threatened, abused, obstructed of my paid telephone services and Internet access, causing loss of work/job networking prospects, tampering with my personal contracts, contacts, phones, computers hotspot devices, all of my due process rightful petitions to all manner of jurisdictional government and NGO human rights agencies/organizations, and police complaint grievance processes and agencies have ignored my just petitions. Since I am inhumanely, unconstitutionally, illegally enslaved, rendered bereft/shunned of recognized rights under the STILL TOLLING, NEVER-ENDING political extrajudicial NY Outlawry program practice official notice and ethnic/sex persecution upon my person and rights, as declared to me by the NYPD SWAT in the Mayor Bloomberg, NY Council person Bill Deblasio spear-headed Municipal lynch-mobbing, housing intimidation NYPD, FDNY, ESU, CITY OF NY VAWA VIOLATING retaliation of October 2008.  From 2017, to date, yet while the (Kings County (“KC”) civil court) court itself has displayed bias during these proceedings and had a hand in the premature and iaotrogenic demise of my beloved family member Bob M, with mocking and deliberate malice enabling the very “eviction” case unsurprisingly brought before its very conflict of interest forum- “de-housing” court:  “… O P Assoc”  vs “The Estate of BM!” And going further, mockingly and with unabashed, bias and twisted animus the Kings County court, which harbored a 2012 grudge motive for retaliation against Bob M for researching , discovering receiving 2 two  Kings County clerk’s office  certified “Fail to  Find certificates” for a certain Planet Aid of Kings County Ave U Brooklyn,- which has expanded since 2016 to 2 extra large  clothing bins – now with an added NYPD intel prop of an  NY DOT orange  cone since Feb 28, 2019 added to the PA bin decor, doing business on Coney Island Ave as of this very March 2019 date. The same  City Council darling company of whom Bob M has been  forced to use his meager life savings and go pro se pauperis  in the federal eastern district court as plaintiff against that company, seeking to receive his final paycheck and the balance of his  signed PA  job contract!  Had he not been subjected to rights & life shunning outlawry, denied access to a lawyer and had the jurisdictional agencies given him due process, ACKNOWLEDGED HIS RIGHTS and NOT ADHERED TO (what i call) the New York  “NON ENTITY POLICY, PROGRAM AND PRACTICE”  (SHORT VERSION OF THE LONG NAME) OUTLAWRY PROGRAM, NOT HAVE ACTED WITH MALFEASANCE, Bob would have NEVER been forced  to seek justice as pro se plaintiff in the federal court FROM 2008 TO 2012, TOP OF 2013 (When he could have appealed, which is why 2013 became fraught with death threats to Bob M and myself; as well as the Father’s day 2013 placement of the more rare than a living leprechaun,  NYC  “refashion New York,” with  “Housing works” clothing collection bin” shoved into the op assoc laundry room; as well as the theft of my landline dialtone and eventually DSL service by Verizon and  rogue behaving NYC authority under the cavalier, Outlawry and attainder  “Non Entity Policy, practice and program.

 

Meanwhile the bias acting KC house court did act with open animus,  bias and non due process when it attached my significant other’s  surname to Bob’s surname on the public docket!

My right, privilege and EXERCISE of MY CONSTITUTIONAL AND CIVIL RIGHT NOT TO waive my constitutional protections and rights by surrendering to coercion, intimidation, NYC municipal bullying, but LAWFULLY AND RIGHTLY refusing to waive my rights and protections by PARTICIPATING IN CRIMES, OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, AND ALSO CONSPIRACIES AND BIASED and/or sham TRIBUNALS, AGAINST MY own all applying civil and constitutional RIGHTS, AS WELL AS THE CONNECTING PAST VIOLATED RIGHTS OF MY FAMILY MEMBER, PATIENT AND CO-TENANT BOB M, MY housing AND PROPERTY INTERESTS, cannot USED TO PENALIZE ME, RETALIATE AGAINST ME OR DEPRIVE ME OF MY HOUSING RIGHTS AND INTERESTS , AND ALL APPLYING CONSTITUTIONAL rights PROTECTIONS without due process of law. Why Are Fibroids Prevalent in African American Women?

This particular study surveyed 968 eligible fibroids positive women, 28 percent of whom were African-American women. These women had an

outsized and disproportionate incidence of fibroids although they were no different from the other women in the survey when educational level, overall health, employment status and number of children were considered. However, the African-American women had significantly less income, were overwhelmingly single and lived in less inviting geographic conditions.

These factors of differentiation were found to be significant in determining whether fibroids developed in a woman. This study, along with other studies along the same lines, showcased that social conditions were a part of why African-American women developed fibroids at an outsized rate. Basically, the stress that came from the lower quality of life that African-American women experienced created conditions in which fibroids were more likely to occur.

According to the CDC, a pregnancy-related death can occur not only during pregnancy but also within one year after the end of pregnancy. There has been a steady increase in U.S. pregnancy-related deaths, but Black mothers are disproportionately affected.

In Louisiana, Black women are nearly four times as likely to die within one year of birth as White women, Louisiana obstetrician Dr. Joia Crear Perry, president of National Birth Equity Collaborative, wrote in an essay for The Root. The maternal mortality rate for the state is 19.6 per 100,000 live births, according to the National Center for Health Statistics.

While chronic conditions like heart disease, hypertension and diabetes are usually said to be the main culprits, research shows that some other issue may be to blame for this disparity: racism.

In a joint investigation, NPR and ProPublica collected more than 200 stories from Black mothers, and revealed that “the feeling of being devalued and disrespected by medical providers was a constant theme.”

Black mothers from around the country told terrifying stories about how doctors wouldn’t believe them about health conditions until it was almost too late and even regularly dismissed their pain.

I mailed out USPS priority with signature confirmation tracking on April 14, 2016, It was very expensive. None of the officials responded.

 

On April 19 and 2oth , 2016 I followed up calling some of the offiicals to see if they had yet taken a look at my correspondence.  I did this on April 19 and 20th, 2016.  On April 20th and 23 I checked the USPS tracking.

When I reached Mayor Deblasio’s office representative , when I inquired in short order he said: “Do you live alone?”  “Are you okay?”

“Are you trying to threaten me?” I responded. He disconnected the call.

That was April 19 2016

April 22 2016 I sent an email to my county treasurer informing that I was going to try and put in a motion to halt any taking or auction of my home since it was being taken under attainder of the property owner (me), and with no regards to the massive property theft, hate crime violations and more my property had undergone due to the racism ad sexism of government authority.  Had their been no attainder and obstruction on my person, there would be no “constructed” an contrived delinquency of taxes.  I did not SAY all of that, but that was the gist. That as the morning of April 22.

The afternoon o the 22 I was making copies , when I exited the copy center a police cruiser sat just a few feet away at the corner. Due to where I had parked I had to pass the police ar in order to return to my own.  THIS COULD HAVE BEEN UNRELATED TO MYSELF AND NOT AN INTIMIDATION EVENT. So I dismissed it, although it felt like it was an intimidation event. I dismissed it.

Yet on April 29, 2016 I returned to he center z(I had been there copying on April 28, 16)

The very next morning, Sat April 23, 2016 (the 23rd day is the anniversary day of the SWAT?FDNY seige on my person on Oct 23-24-2008), the City HRA had sicced it’s APS (Adult protective services) on me!!  Luckily I was sound asleep and learned of it later. I immediately filed a verbal cease and desist with 311 for the HRA and APS.  Yet they kept coming! I would get something via mail received July 5 with a June 30th date stating that I did  not qualify because “We did not see you.”   ?!  Whch meant to me, all I need do is take one step into their CITY RUN CITY Hospital, “where they CAN SEE me,” and I’ll find myself falsely imprisoned, perhaps tortured and with only a box of scented crayons to show for it!! According to state law I don’t begin to qualify for theur services, but its about POLITICAL OPPRESSION AND SILENCING THE VICTIM!!    IT seems MR. DEBLASIO WANTS TO TORTURE AND PERSECUTE ME YET AGAIN!  He had been the councilmember of my community!  When I finally extricated myself, ow was released from the terror and torment I had been subjected to- (see changeling movie which came out the very same day i was having my own “women’s herstery changeling torture municipal VAWA abuse!) I called the councilman’s office to find out if he was aware .  Did he know that a full metal 15 – 25 perhaps more SWAT paramilitary male officers with ak47’s , riot gear and firemen with “jaws of life” slicing through my steel front door  had a mobbing good Gestapo time terrorizing a law abiding woman and castigating an degrading me in front of my community and neighbors  because I, a legacy (my term for 7th generation or older US American) African American woman  complained about a witnessed and photographed,  title VI and title IX violation of my rights, municipal stalking intimidation episode on my college campus?

Not only did he know, according to his aide, but, “He was working with the police,” !

It’s he ORIGINAL STOP AND FRISK BUT ON STEROIDS TO THE EXPONENTIAL DEGREE ITS “LIFE-FRISKING!!!” And he signed on!!  Now nearly a decade later, AFTER RECEIVING EVIDENCE OF A LONG STANDING POLICY AND PRACTICE OF NYC OUTLAWRY AND ABUSE; THE RESPONSE IS:  “SIC THE APS ON ER!”

AND PERHAPS  THE HARM THAT HA COME TO MY SIBLING WHO NOW LIES IN A NEW YORK CITY HOSPITAL. THIS IS THE REASON I CANNOT GO TO HIM, BECAUSE I FEAR THE APS NOTICE WILL BE USED AS A MEANS TO “SNAG” ME UPON ENTERING THE CITY OWNED AND/OR  RUN HOSPITAL.

THE SWAT HAD ABDUCTED ME TO THAT HOSPITAL IN 2008. IS STILL TRAUMATIZING TO THINK OF IT!

TO TRY AND PROTECT MYSELF ON AUG 31 16 I FILED A CHAPTER 68 COMPLAINT AGAINST HRA AND TH MAYOR FOR THE APS ACTIONS OF TRYING TO INDUCT ME. ON SEPT 2 2016 SOMEONE FROM APS CLAIM IT IS CLOSED THEY WON’T COME AFTER ME, BUT RECALL I HAVE NO HUMAN RIGHTS OR CIVIL RIGHTS ADVOCACY AND THE CITY OUTLAWRY POLICY HAS  BARRED MY RIGHT TO OBTAIN LAWYERS. It appears my mailings to the Mass AG Civil rights regarding a yoga school denying me normal finishing certificates for two courses I took for two years 2012-2014; has been obstructed by government rogues.  i have not checked, however it appears I never received a response from Massachusetts.  i will be checking the tracking sometime today and will blog it.  in my documentation to the Mass AG i necessarily had to document past violations of rights with previous schools in order to explain the current events with the mass yoga school i was complaining about.  they sent me bizarre documents which are labeled “licenses’ and have expiry dates!!  It clearly is a government intrusion non Entity policy phenom, I had not choice but to complain about it to the Mass civil rights AG.  It was ailed out in November but the fact that subsequent to the mailing their appear to be rogue charges on my Checking account card and I have yet to receive any response from the Mass AG-I can only assume that my mail has been unconstitutionally tampered with.   Therefore the extra FDNY ambulance harassment lately is also likely related.  if it was obstructed, I have no choice but to re-send which is likely what rogue goons don’t want me to do. I will likely have to post it on a public forum in order to protect myself and assure they can’t claim they did not receive it.

I am attempting to save my family home by once again appealing to the City of New York to recognize my Human Rights and to investigate and compensate me for my loses, which by now also include the LONGSTANDING AND CONTINUED Barring of Rights!

Well Folks.  There’s good news.  And There’s Bad news.

Update: Dec 27, 2015 as I was approaching the entry to a popular computer store, an FDNY ambulance cut in front of my vehicle and “escorted” in the sense that the fire ambulance drove the several yards to the entry and also turned into the store parking lot just before my vehicle. As we were parking, a second FDNY ambulance came into the parking lot and parked.  The crew from both ambulances then got out and together entered the store.   I don’t think it was a coincidence. I was fairly surprised to find that they were all African or Caribbean American.  Why? Because my hate crime victimization and abusive experiences I’ve had with New York City’s experimental  pattern and practice policy of using 1st responder vehicles to unconstitutionally terrorize, intimidate, harass, restrict freedom – for the most part utilized White males and females with some Latino personnel and occasional Black personnel  tossed in.  Rarely to never had I experienced the use of Black Ambulance personnel, and if I did, I was unaware of it.   So it is at once not surprising but sad since it speaks to the state of Black women, Black society, and how the legacy of severe overseer oppression, abuse and exploitation continues.

There is the off-chance that it was all a “coincidence” but that is doubtful.  This fits the years old pattern of stalking in which 1st responder vehicles arrive very soon after I arrive or am about to leave a destination point.

 

Second event, in the evening when returning to the apartment, 2 Maimonides ambulances and a police car were stopped on the Avenue just blocks from my building.  Less than 25 minutes before I’d had a conversation with a food service worker near my relative’s current hospital in which I indicated , (without revealing any details, name or health specifics, but just a general sense of fear and apprehension about the quality of care ) about possibly having my loved one transferred out of the hospital.  Prior to this,  earlier the same day i had discussed the possibility with a relative by phone.

Also Note Dec 15, 2015 Another broad-daylight hate-crime Effigy  next door.  A bed and tall white lamp were placed under a tree.

 

 

 

In another environmental attempted psych-harassment move,  the  a foot long green straw with an Itunes label beside it ws propped in my Superintendent’s garage space which is next to my vehicle.  When the vehicle is gone, the foot-long green straw with its accompanying “iTunes” white label can’t be missed since they are propped next to where my passenger side door opens.

It remained propped there for about 4 or more days now. A previous prop which remains in his space is a sawed-off plastic container emblazoned with the name   “MOORE,” obviously the MOORE brand paint.  However the timing of it’s placement and interesting relativity of the name to my sibling’s affairs is notable.  My sibling was a client of a person of that exact name, “MOORE”; which then brought on an entire debacle, especially in 2014.  This year in 2015, my sibling seems to be experiencing retribution and at the same time, this “Moore” prop appears and remains.  The coalescing of personal data and life events  data with environmental props which by design reflect this surveilled personal data and life-events,  known to the  victim is a  it is a meat-and potatoes hate-crime  feature of the  pattern and practice  New York Non Entity Policy.

On Saturday Dec 26, 2015 7:35PM plaster powder and bits were found on the roof of my car in the garage, although upon inspecting the ceiling, it could not have and did not come from there.  This was after I spent a large part of the day researching health subjects and has come across “foreign body embolism.” A situation in which talc powder or some fine powered substance or fiber could cause an embolism which would cause a person to go into dyspenia.  I also came across air embolism.  So hours after these research findings, in a first time ever event my vehicle has plaster powder and bits on its roof.  Since it DID NOT come from the ceiling and HAD NEVER EVER happened before,  it reveals surveillance and a mocking of my finding alluding to the possibility that I had stumbled upon something EXTREMELY RELATIVE to my loved one’s plight.  During that research BEFORE finding my car vandalized with the plaster; I also learned of a procedure whereby an aggravating substance or talc is used to close the space between the chest cavity and the lung. Or something thereabout, in order to minimize pleural effusions.

 

Again the timing of my research and the suddenly plaster-laden vehicle reveal either incredible synchronicity or evidential cyber- surveillance intrusion which is them used to drive and create  targeted environmental harassment.

 

Returning to the “Update: Dec 27, 2015 as I was approaching the entry to a popular computer store, an FDNY ambulance cut in front of my vehicle and “escorted” in the sense that the fire ambulance drove the several yards to the entry and also turned into the store parking lot just before my vehicle.”

This occurred a day after I called a  law firm to once again try to seek remedy or justice in my New York  City, Kings county, NYPD and FDNY, Heath and Hospitals NYS Eastern District Federal  court 7 years obstructed  obstructed case against the City of New York et al.  The law firm naturally called back to inform me they would not and could not take my case.  This i had already known since I has been declares a NON ENTITY by my Own City which had begun it;’s abrogated rights campaign at least as early as 2000, which could be seen and proven by  the hate-crime defacement of my face on my government issued my license at the time.

Since I have been a GHARC  Government harassed abrogated rights citizen since 2000; trust me when I tell you that it exists because society is in accord with tghe policy and practice.  While this torture of fellow Americans rolls on second, minute, HOUR, DAY, MONTH, YEAR, DECADES; it ONLY exists due to the complicity and arrangement of politics, corporation and society.  Gone are the days of boldhearted journalists who dared to tell the stories that reveal how things truly are; the stories that jarred us into action, not Pavlovian consumption.

The BAD: While my loved one is tortured,  environmental harassment crew is grinding out blasts from the past.

Again: Dec 14, 2015 “Bed under a  Tree” hate crime racist effigy; which correlates with the “strange Fruit” theme, only in a  (hospital) bed. What’s more is that the open, in your face hate crime psych-ops lynch -death threat is complete with it’s very own  tall white lamp; which  clearly suggests a roiling hospital pole which supports IV fluids, etc.   This is TORTURE of a Black American woman and her family member;  happening in NYC, specifically KINGS  COUNTY!!  This is concerted Government Abuse Hatred Abrogated Rights Non entity torture and newfangled non-criminal OUTLAWRY and modern American Slavery Policy at work.

 

 

There was this cardboard box placed on my side of the garage space.  The flaps were propped open and there was nothing inside. THIS IS AFTER MY PREVIOUS POSTING ABOUT BIG BOX DAY IN WHICH NEIGHBORS AND LANDLORD suddenly were SH^@! deep in BIG BOXES.  KEEP IN MIND THIS IS THE SAME LOCATION AND PLACE THAT THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL TERROR FILLED SWAT AND FDNY EVENT OCCURRED BACK IN 2008!! The SAME EVENT THAT HAS BEEN OBSTRUCTED OF JUSTICE AND SWEPT UNDER THE RUG BY THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND KINGS COUNTY, NY for  for 7 long years! Unfortunately proving that the City Of New York DOES INDEED PRACTICE HATE CRIMES ABROGATION OF RIGHT AND MODERN NON-CRIMINAL OUTLAWRY (STRIPPING OF RIGHTS AND PROPERTY) TARGETING POLICY  UPON BLACK AMERICANS, AND MOST ESPECIALLY THIS BLACK AMERICAN FEMALE.

I was traumatized, assailed, violated, abused, terrorized, illegally, falsely detained,  kidnapped,slandered, and after that terror event. i SUFFERED (SUFFER)  PHYSICALLY, EMOTIONALLY, SOCIALLY, FINANCIALLY.  I was then subjected to court, bench and (the ever willing to abuse my rights); USPS  hatred and harassment.  Then well let’s  not forget the stalking No compensation at all. No apologies. No investigation. And most of all I was illegally, unconstitutionally denied the right to an attorney!! That goes beyond civil rights, and takes this to a VIOLATION OF INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS .

THE BAD GOOD NEWS (Depending on who you are in the scheme of the Policy Against Rights): Every abuse upon my family, myself, our human and constitutional rights; and the treason against the NYS Constitution and the US Constitution; will  be journaled with evidence and made public.

This year will be different

I really do SO solemnly swear to blog more often. And so, no more promises or excuses, this year I will be doing my best to keep my readers up to speed on my “MissUnimpossible” experiences. Our society is ready to discuss absolutely ANYTHING on a talk show (though I admit I haven’t watched regular cable or television in ages!); we’re yet to openly discuss the fact that citizens, for whatever bizarre, reason, ( but quite likely governmental since the harassment seems quite snuggly systemic and all kinds of human rights and other laws are being flouted and the very “reputable”companies and gov’t agencies who are lawfully supposed to be of assistance are themselves doing the flouting! ) are targeted for ongoing, concerted harassment, stalking, discrimination, criminalization and other “zations” and “isms.” It is kind of fascinating to witness people really go through great trouble to do something really disturbed and bizarre intended to harass or disturb you, or simply to get your attention. Fascinating because if I weren’t experiencing it, I would not believe that people could or would do such things to a person they had never met, never had an altercation with, never had a personal “beef” with. Yet I’ve discovered that people will do anything to you provided they believe they can get away with it. (Especially without their weird actions being displayed, front and center onstage where we can all speak of these acts in the light of day with the global public awareness, and weigh just how disturbing, hateful, weird, and disreputable they are. ) Since that’s what the harassment is all about, there is a real tussle simply getting any recognition by “the system” or by the company or agency about the bizarre, disturbing, extraordinary or discriminatory event. And as soon as, or even before you’ve fought for hours or days or months to have the event recognized and if not addressed, at least logged on all sides, you’ll be hit with another. Real soon. Scouts honor. The disturbing phone calls to your unlisted cell or home phone, or the vehicles that arrive when you arrive and leave when you leave your destination, or the items you ordered sent to you slashed, kicked in, wrinkled year after year, or having retail and restaurants descend upon you with an employee with a broom. It kind of shows a really perverse, sick side of our society. I intend to give a blow-by-blow daily account of what I’ve been enduring now for several years. Hopefully, it will enable others to come forward, it’s important for all people to understand how people are being terrorized, stalked, harassed, “persecuted,” and discriminated against right out in the light of day with all of their neighbors, and even a few politicians, completely aware and okay with that. That’s just plain-down ugly and quite frankly, un-American. It’s really unsightly. And we need to talk about it. If I’m living it, I’ll make sure that we all take a good look at this subject. I mean, I’m an American “civil-rights” kinda gal, I ‘m not built to take &*^#$ and leave. In fact, I don’t take *&$%. Never have. Never will. And no human being should have to. No human being should be subjected to stalking by “reputable” agency employees or vehicles (especially with a literal hearse in the caravan!), or subjected to calls about needing “health” or ” dismemberment” insurance, no human being should be subjected to what I’ve been subjected to for many years by “respectable” companies and agencies- and whomever or whatever rogue agency that seemingly intercepts all my dealings. Just what am I talking about? Tomorrow, baby. Stay tuned.

A different kind of terrorism

Most- well at least this American had always thought of terrorism as any kind of inhumanity, severe injustice, enslavement and atrocities committed against other human beings and creatures. Such acts not only “try” to strip away the humanity of the being who the act is committed against- but paradoxically, moreover- it never fails in diminishing the humanity of the being who is comitting the act. As someone born and brought up in the United States- our history tells of the near extinction of the Native American peoples and then the enslavement and forced labor of kidnapped Africans, and the womens’ sufferage movement and then the struggles for equality and lawful recognition of the human rights of peoples of African descent and other peoples of color. There was and is also the movement to lawfully respect the human and civil rights of Gay and transvestite peoples. While some or many may feel that these are mostly bygone issues- the truth is- these struggles continue. Perhaps we need to address the rights of all children to live in violence and drug free, education-ready, nutrition-rich, child- safe enviornments. We need to protect immigrants from severe mistreatment, enslavement and injustice. And what about elders? In a world that moves as fast as ours- where adult children barely have time enough to care for their own immediate families, how are elders being treated in our society? Do we take the time to care for and protect them? Do we make sure that they are a vital part of our nuclear family? Do they sit at the head of our family table and bless the evening meal? Or is it easier to tuck them in nursing homes where we can pass the responsibility to their caretaker there? And also, what of the disabled? While construction abounds at brake-neck speed, it’s surprising to find very little accomodations for the disabled. Still, many who are wheel-chair bound must go in and out of the back or side exits of many apartment and condo complexes. Many NYC trains stations, but only some bus stops, have seating for those cannot stand for long periods.

All of this is to say that civilization is not just the systems and cities and monuments we have built- civilization is supposed to be the “taming” of the beast within “mankind,” (to coin a really outdated politcally incorrect term)- because “man” is anything but kind. “Mankind” can be brutish and hateful, plodding, plotting, viscious, etc, etc. Supossedly, with “civilization” “man” becomes “educated”, refined, “polished”- as the Japanese say. Then as “mankind” expands their knowledge and awaress and become infused with dynamic and inspirational Art, and music and literature- and perhaps some spiritual aspect finally peaks and takes hold- then something amazing is alleged to happen. Something that is supposed to elevate the “civilized” man to a level of comprehension, justice, a sense of honor towards self and other humans and at least a dash of compassion. (Compassion and justice and honor all mean respecting the honor due not just to ourselves but to the elders, children, women and men aorund us.) But I find that this may not be the case at all. For, in a quite urbane American setting, I am experiencing a different kind of terrorism. It is a sad, bizarre set of values and ethics which horribly steals, sucks and enchains the spirit and humanity from the participants while preying on whomever. The whomever- (which right now happens to be me) is probably not really the point or objective. The objective is the enslavement, control of the folks doing the stalking and harassing, and more.

Not the acts against me themselves- but the ongoing presentation of a sad, enslaved, hateful and desperate inhumanity which was seemingly readily and willingly adhered to by all manner of persons and “honorable” organizations, shocked me into 5 years of solitude.

It’s really bizarre to grow up watching all these bullshit swashbuckling hero-takes-all kind of crap- where the hero is always aided by at least two other side-kicks and an arsenal, right? And like- everyone in the audience is applauding because the hero (nearly always a male- the female heroes, according to cinema, comitt suicide and jump off cliffs or mountains or get crunched by huge rigs, remember?) always comes through and it feels like apple pie. Only to discover that my fellow Americans are like- totally into cowardly ganging up on a solitary female. All that shit about some bravehearted, strange man rescuing you is bullshit- ladies. I don’t think they exist. And if they do it’s only temporary loss of insanity. But I think you may know that. So although I have someone in my life who’s been like a hero to me, I’ve largely had to become my own hero- and yes, folks- a hero is much more than just a beautiful sand witch.

I really believed in all that hero crap. That, in general, we Americans idealize and believe in the good-hearted, bold, brave, compassionate-hearted hero. I felt it was because it is a projection of what of what Americans really are at heart.

But then about six years ago things got really bizarre. These are some of the fun things I experienced and am still experiencing. All of these are facts which have been documented.

1. People (on the street, in stores, in public) who I have never met before exhibiting freakish behavior:

a. Glaring hard at me (this seldom happen because I ignore or glare back). Oftentimes, HUGE males (Black or white) and sometimes HUGE females are used for this purpose. Oftentimes the Black men are dressed in tough youth style- if they’re under 30. The white men usually look really either military, undercover, or sometimes oddly, long-haired, slightly unkempt looking youths who look more like they should be surfing in California instead. I don’t know if these are real folk or actors but either way they they ususally look like they wanna chew my head off or rape me. I guess that’s the idea. If they stare hard enough, I often confront them with a nice greeting, or just straight up ask them “what’s up?!” Years ago, before I was aware I was being assailed, I had the experience of a sudden crowd of people as I was standing infront of a shop- then the crowd widened a bit to allow this guy to pass through- he was at least 4 inched taller than me and about 200lbs- he barrels towards me, and before I knew it his shoulder purposely thrusts against my own and nearly sends me backward to the ground. I was bruised and it was very painful. This is another reason why I’ve no choice but to make all of this public. If someone comes at me like that ever again- (and it’s happned since then- only i’m not letting anyone touch me) they’re going to be hospitalized.

Bring on the PROPS! Often these folks are using “props” of some kind. Either they’re dressed a certain way (it doesn’t deviate too much)- and that certain way is so redundant as to bore me to tears with its lack of freshness adn creativity. Or they have to carry bags. Black used to be their very fav- but nowadays- any bag will do, just as long as it’s two. Two seems to be the theme number of whatever little terrorist org is urging these folk around. (See more on this below.) Also, they really have to look awfully burdoned by those two bags. There is no doubt in my mind that these people have taken a little course on terrorizing the typical American woman. Becaude I soon realized that they all roll their eyes exactly the same! No kidding! They also have to carry their load of bags in the same way. The two newest props are shopping carts and babies. Any bouncing baby will do- they don’t have to be cute at all- but of course- all babies are cute and adorable! And babies bring blessings wherever they are- so those are props I hope to see more of. I do have to tell ya’ll though- that my cousin jsut gave birth in June to a beautiful gemini baby- and even before she gave birth- the terrorists who continue to invade every inch of my life have consistantly threatened her and her baby- but indirectly through me. In other words- many times when i speak to her they will disconnect our phone call- or they will have someone call through on my call waiting and ask for someone with her same last name WHILE I AM SPEAKING TO HER! So the infinite number of double baby carriages and babies made their appearance after she gave birth to her baby- this is a threat to her and her child. So now ya’ll know. Shopping carts seem to be another huge prop. I can;t quite get that one. Although they have a huge fantasy of “chopping” me into bits. This I know because of the infinite numbers of demented and twisted emails which mention lots of gruesome things, and also because when I first got my credit card back in 99′ they offered me insurance- which I signed up for. I thought it was cheap and reasonable. being naive- I though it was plain life insurance- but then they explained it was “accident insurance,” and finally they came clean years later and said it was also really- kind of “dismemembership” insurance. !? I asked why would I need “dismembership” insurance. “Oh, in case you accidentally get dismembered.” I kept it until I think late last year, or early this year becaude they had me convinced that it was really useful for traveling, espcially “in a vehicle.” But since I didn’t leave my house for five years because of the constant and bizarre terrorism- I told them I had a better chance of slipping in my tub. “Well, it covers that to!” Okay- so I kept it for another few months. (I’m a hard-nosed Earth sign what can I say?) When I decided to take an 7 week dance course, in the second week, a slim new dancer appeared in class, she was missing her right hand. (To let me know that it was not just hapenstance- when I next ran a local park, they happened to have a slim young woman of the exact build, look and hair color bikeriding past me and my friendin the park- to really drive it home- it just so happens that she was standing at the exact location I normally end my run- she was simply supporting her bike.) I finished the course and began dance classes at another place. I was surprised to find that the energetic, amazing instructor- had a rather long, cumbersome support on her right leg- althoughweek after week, she moves it with ease and grace, with no hint of pain or issue at all. Then why is she wearing the huge black splint on her right leg?

There seems to be a plethora of themes – but really they all seem to degrade into only one all-emcompanssing theme- to consistantly threaten a woman with death, stalking, mutilation, battery and rape.

b.Stalking. Being trailed/ followed happens often, but usually since there are so many “participants” having just one person follow me isn’t really necessary.c. Monitoring and surveiling me. All of my house calls appear to be monitored. It’s extremely weird to call one place and get another. To have your calls disconnected when you are trying to call out. To have professionals and persons you’ve never even spoken to before PICK UP, THEN HANG UP THEIR PHONE BEFORE YOU HAVE UTTERED A WORD! Now THAT’S the pwoer of caller id! Yet, becaude of the constant threats I receive by phone, by email, out in public, through service providers- etc., my house phone is unlisted and is NOT susposed to give out my information. When i call these folk’s back and ask why they hung up on me, they often ahve no real reason. Mostly becuse they seem to know they don’t have to have one. I’m the “targeted” lady- do what cha wanna do- seems to be the idea. I have sepcial effects put over my phone calls. I ‘ve had a “fake” static so bad- that in the beginning I believed that it was real trouble with my phone- over the years I realized it was completely affected. I recently had an “electrocution” sound over a call- before the call connected! I was calling my aunt (who by the way WAS electrocuted- probably the only passenger in the history of the NYC subways- on the uptown F train when she reached for the door) and while my house phone was ringing through to her phone- there were three long electrocution sounds, and then their was a disconnect sound, and after several moments that buzzing sound you here when your phone is left off the hook. As usual- whenI call the telephone company- it’s a non issue. Like I said- this is a differnt kind of terrorism.

Also, whenever I go to run my local park- they usually have a hospital worker in green scrubs meet me along the way to the park.

The surveillance happens whether I’m in my home or out and about. I just began, after 5 years, trying to leave my home and “taking back my life” in mid july. I noticed when a friend and I were running one of the parks, that there was a man sitting a good distance from us- but he kept his eyes on me. I wasn’t tying to notice him- but I often find that they really make themselves obvious as if they really want me to notice them. Often the person monitoring will have a cellphone or some communication device in which they are seemingly relaying information. I’ve actually captured a “guard” (was not dressed as such) with binacurlars surveying my apartment window, while I was eyeing him. (Who’s zooming who?)

d. Phoning home. My home that is! These well-trained (and not so well-trained) terrorists just let their fingers do the walking- and phone me up whenever they are told to. There’s a few down sides to this tactic for them though. 1. Their calls are totally caller id’s and snapped. 2. I never publicly listed my phone number or gave it out- I don’t use my number for business or online. So how, oh how, did all these folks get my phone number? Also- how oh, how do they know when to to call me on cue? For instance, I’m having a private conversation with my father on my home phone about the fact that he may have diabetes. The very next day I get an “accidental” call from some diabetes organization! Another example- I’m speaking to my cousin (the one who just had the baby) and a Latino man calls through on call waiting- andi take the call, I ask his name and his last name is completely non-latino and happens to be the exact family name of my cousin who I’m on the phone with! Other times I’m calling a particular company- while I’m talking with them- someone will call wait from “Kansas.”

e. Nearly without exception, for the past 6 years all items I have purchased by phone or online have been shipped to me in violent looking, battered, creased, wrinkled, blackened, bashed, bulging, wobbly, corner crunched marker or pen marked boxes with extra shipping labels with extra bar codes which usually have a line crossed through them. All of these boxes usually have at least one or two corners cut out of them, and sometimes have white blank white labels inexcpliably suck on the packaging and the box , tape or label will be peeled back (another fav of theirs- envelopes also sometimes arrive with the corners of flaps peeled back at the edges). I have these packages and nearly all of them are UNOPENED and remain in the same menacing, threatening manner they were sent to me. On top of this, the items are often defective or have bizarre tampering like lots of dust (another of their props and themes) on a supposedly brand new item, ink markings, human (lately sometimes synthetic) hair, crunched in inner packaging, although they are in commercial wrapping and more. The invoices are sometimes crumpled, one cell phone merchant sent me a package from Nevada (when I was told the item was shipped from the east coast) with an invoice shaped as an airplane! During that same time- they seemed to know something even I didn’t know at that time- which is that my cousin was going on a trip to Nevada within the next few days!

g. Besides all of this- they continue to use my neighbors, one in particular, who moved in some years back-having her leave her home (sometimes to dump garbage- which seems to be another big theme considering all the dump trucks they surround me with, as well as the software which caused my laptop to “bluescreen” and have a something “Dump” error, and the merchants at three compeletely different establishments days apart who tried to sweep my table and my feet as I’m dining or shopping) or enter her home exactly when I am leaving my home or entering my apartment or building. Also- I get these bizarre “Chinese to take out” menus slid under my door whenever “they” get frustrated with me. One of which actually has something on the menu called “Dragon and phone.” Probably because I’ve phoned various “Human rights” orgs who have told me to file a police report. That they only handle discrimination against large groups of people-and usually non-Americans in and from other countries. Not individual Americans here in the USA. Americans don’t have terrorism problems. And if they do- which one organization admitted to me that they DO get calls from terrified Americans who are distressed from bizarre severe harassment, discrimiantion and terrorism- to the point where they cannot leave their homes. This organization also admitted that they kind of have to tell them the same thing they told me. “Oh, well.”

We may have a constitution, the Bill of Rights and all that, it SOUNDS good- but after all, you find out pretty quickly that it doesn’t mean squat. There are absolutely NO LAWS that are protecting me right now- although EVERYTHING I’ve experienced is criminal and goes against against civil, moral, ethical and human rights. Not only did the various human rights orgs say “tough,” but they also positively wanted me to know that they kind of downright approve of it. So I was actually disconnected- and hung up on- when I called a woman’s “stalking and battery prevention” type organization about the stalking. A major Black human rights org right here in nyc has REFUSED to so much as PRETEND to care- they basically got oddly defensive and loud and told me to “file a police report” and that was that. In fact- I actually got an echo affect on some of my phone calls to them. Usually- after the first time I try to reach an organization for help- the next time I ever call- I’m routed to answering machines or I’m disconnected, or it rings forever and no one picks up. If they call back- many “respectable” organizations have called my machine twice in a row (I’ve got the caller id to prove it)- but leave only one message. (Remember the 2 theme?) When I ask why they might have done that- they don’t have any real reason. Again- that’s not necessary when your terrorizing someone. Reason never enters into it.

F. Going into public spaces, stores and the like. Imagine going into a store you’ve never gone in before and having the cashier or clerk look at you in utter shock and surprise. Imagine this- you walk into ajoint- your partner orders you a non-alcoholic drink- the guy behind the counter looks up, glances at you, and makes with the wide eyes- then he gets all trembly and drops the glass and the drink- he fumbles around on the floor grasping at the glass. Another time you enter a local store- the cashier gapes at you- eyes large, jaw dropped- and you kind of think maybe she’s taken a toke of something really unhealthy and rad! Burning up her brain cells and all.

G. It isn’t pleasent being constantly sandwiched in by access-a-rides, HUGE moving, car towing, construction vehicle rigs, city buses, and two trucks. Once they had a HUGE rig on one side of our vehicle and a HUGE rig on the other-and a TALL vehicle in front so that their was very little light although it was the afternoon- and we were literally boxed in. This is what I go through when I go out by vehicle. There’s also the swarm of large broncos and jeeps usually with tinted black windows, which often have customized plates that just happen to be the name of the female cousin I spoke of earlier, or my name, phone, birth date, address or apartment number, or my parent’s address or apt number. One example is one which said “bed” and that evening I arrived at our garage to find there just happened to be a bed, a pink flower patterned mattress leaned against the wall inside the garage. It was there for a few days.

H. My emails have been flooded with thousands of email threats of all kinds since about 2002 or a bit later- maybe earlier. Before there was spam filters, and before I ever actually rally used my email account or gave it out – I wa already being hit with bizarre emails from hundreds of people who incredibly- seemed to know what was happening in my life at any given time- and also who happened to know the details of my childhood addresses or information oabout my life that the average stranger would not be privy to. So it wasn’t simply “spam.” Also I noticed a pattern in all of the thousands of emails- just as there is an exact same method of operation in the many years worth of good I purchased which came to me violently mutilated. In one email account which I purchased for my father- he never even touched the account or remembered the password- when i recently went to the account to close it out because it was a wate of money- since he never used it and doesn’t want it- I discovered over 250 emails- all of them bizare and threatening, and again- all of them maintaining the exact same pattern as the emails in my old email account, from over 5 years ago. They seem to often point to something personal, or someone that may be going on in my life at the moment- which they should have no way of knowing, or they are just plain menacing and threatening. They all have “stock offerings” as a backdrop. Many allude to “farmacy’s” Pharmacy’s, madness, suicide, war and freedom. Here’s a sample, remember hat this email account was unknown to anyone but myself- and although I got it for my father- he never even used or entered the account- and neither did I. Yet there are over 250 threatening, bizarre emails They don’t expect them to be read- so they seemto try to make the from, subject, and sometimes the to address, (the addresses and names are always fake) significant.:

Here’s another- now this persons seems VERY WELL AWARE of the storm of HUGE vehicles that surround our vehicle while out and also which parade past my home, sometimes honking out front. Or cars with customized plates parked completely around my block, one such vehicle had a huge banner in it’s windsheild that said “Don’t Sleep!” Another said “call the police!” I have experienced everything from firetrucks, to ambulances, postal trucks, and on a few occassions even police cars just sitting outside my building or across the street from my building doing nothing but standing with no sound but emergency lights whirling. I’ve called the city of ny at these times because it was all I could do to take action to try and protect myself. You’ll also notice the mention of hair. A hugely important theme for them. As I have mentioned I often find human hair or feathers (on rare occasions synthetic hair) placed inside the shipping package of items I’ve purchased. This email also touches lightly on the construction theme. A huge all-time fav! They can’t stop hammering and consructicting around me! On my birthday they had a huge backhoe outside my window and they were digging up the street to run pipes. They hadn’t been their the day before, and they wouldn’t be ther the day after. Another bizarre phenomena was that construction would begin when I was left “home alone” and end just before my husband arrived back home. Yet when I went downstairs (they didn’texpect it because I didn’t normally leave) and inquired about what they were doing and why- they couldn’t give me a straight answer. They finally said it was for my electric utility company,when I called them- it took them a while to answer, then the rep took over ten minutes and couldn’t confirm that they had any construction and didn’t recognize the alleged work permit number which was scrawled in handwriting on a very unofficial looking peice of white paper. Also their was no permit issued from the dept of buildings either. I wasn’t surprised when they left within a few hours. Also the “give me a month on this” is directly alluding to how overworked my signifcant other has been- how would a total stranger know anything about this? You’ll notice how it is alluded to- again – twice.
